Our apartment in Kasprowicza street 14 has an area of 40 square meters and is modern in style.

Not far away (150m) there is a lively beach promenade. In this part there are beautiful, lit fountains, tennis courts, restaurants, cafes (also the highest panorama cafe in Kołobrzeg), a small scene in a coastal forest, spa facilities with swimming pools and of course a beautiful, wide beach.
The area is surrounded by parks and greenery by the sea. Shops are also nearby.
The advantage of the location is also the proximity to the center of Kołobrzeg A walk to the old town takes no more than 15 minutes.

Our apartment has a living room with kitchen and a bedroom. The bathroom has a shower. In living room there is a sofa bed for 2 persons, in the bedroom a double bed and a balcony (garden furniture). The apartment is fully equipped with household items, has a free Wi-Fi.

Ferienwohnung in Kolberg

Alles in allem okay, jedoch gab es im Vorwege keinerlei Information, wie wir in das Apartment hinein kommen. Das war sehr schlecht. Wir mussten bei FeWo direkt anrufen, um die Telefonnummer der Vermieterin zu erhalten. Erst nach dem Anruf haben wir erfahren, wie wir in die Wohnung hinein kommen. Dann war die von uns gebuchte Wohnung bereits besetzt und seit kamen in eine andere Wohnung. Das war alles wirklich nicht gut organisiert.

Urlaub in Kolberg

Die Wohnung war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Kücheneinrichtung war in Ordnung. Es gibt eine Kaffekapselmaschine der Marke dolce gusto. Hier hätten wir uns eine Filterkaffeemaschine gewünscht. Wir haben das Apartment auch gemietet, da eine Garage mit im Preis war. Ich habe mir einen Platz in der Tiefgarage vorgestellt. Tatsächlich sind in der Tiefgarage einzelne abschließbare Garagen vorhanden. Das Gebäude hat ungefähr 100 Apartments. Trotzdem war es im Haus sehr ruhig. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man alles wichtige auch im Zentrum erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 400 m. Kolberg selbst ist eine schöne Stadt mit tollem Strand. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in Kolberg und haben es nicht bereut.

Ostseeurlaub

Eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht, das Wetter war toll, das Appartement sehr schön mit einem großen Balkon auf dem man die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne genießen kann. Die Kücheneinrichtung ausreichend. Vielleicht wäre noch ein Toaster angebracht, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Zum Meer fünf Minuten, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, also nix mit Langeweile. Wir haben uns in der einen Woche sehr gut erholt. Die Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen.

sehr sauber, sehr aufmerksame ausgestattet, super Kommunikation mit Vermieterin

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr gepflegter und sauberen Apartment. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine lauschige Atmosphäre. Das Apartment war mit Salz, Pfeffer, Mülltüten, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine (2-3 Wäschen) und Spülmaschinenmittel (auch 2-3 Durchgänge) ausgestattet. Auch gab es 2 Strand-Klappstühle und einen Regenschirm. Alles sehr aufmerksam. Der Fernseher ist auch mit vielen Apps ausgestattet sodass man sich bei Netflix oder prime nur mit den eigenen Zugangsdaten einloggen muss. Der Balkon ist sehr groß und man kann dort sehr schön die nachmittags Sonne genießen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auch unkompliziert. Das einzige war das WLAN, dieses war ziemlich lahm. Dennoch war alles in allem richtig super!

Sehr schönes Appartement in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war unkompliziert. Gute Lage. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Geschirr mussten wir leider vor benutzen nochmal abwaschen, was aber wahrscheinlich an unserem Vormieter lag. Manches könnte erneuert oder ausgetauscht werden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Man kann sich sofort wohl fühlen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Galan läuft reibungslos; sogar ein Hausmeister/Reparateur wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit (30 Min.) von ihr organisiert, als die Dusche nicht ablief. Der Fitnessraum ist sauber und schön kühl. Die Geräte könnten eine Überholung gebrauchen (das Laufband wackelt, so dass Joggen nicht möglich ist und der Lenker des Fahrrads ist kaputt). Die Lage ist super - wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.

Erholsame Tage in Kolberg

Ich kann das Appartement nur weiter empfehlen! Sauber wie beschrieben in guter Lage! Für Corona Zeiten zwecks Test für die Rückreise nach Deutschland kann nur das Krankenhaus in Kolberg empfehlen alles andere ist ne Katastrophe. Auch die dies wurde uns von der Vermieterin weiter empfohlen. Also ich kann nur sagen 5 Sterne Deluxe!!!! Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!😉

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir waren Ende September 2019 für 11 Tage in Kolberg und sind von dieser Ferienwohnung, die sich im 5. Obergeschoß eines neu erbauten Apartmenthauses befindet, begeistert. Von der Tiefgarage, in der man sein Auto parken kann (Parkgebühren sind inklusive) erreicht man das ruhig gelegene Apartment Nr. 91 bequem über den Aufzug. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und der Komfort hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt, so dass wir das Apartment mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen können.
