We picked this place because of its location to the Elk in the area, and this house didn't disapoint. The house was clean and well stocked, with items that a family would need to stay and be confortable. That bad part is the driveway that takes a bit getting use to, to get in and out of. The host were good at getting back to us when we had questions. Would stay here again.
Everything was great with the house. It is very clean and tastefully decorated and very comfortable! The driveway is definitely a downfall. It is dangerous to pull in and out of and difficult to maneuver your vehicle once you do.
Was clean on onside cuteold feeling home but had everything we needed ...would of liked more of open view to Mountain and porch small but all in all good place for quick weekend stay
Beau was a great host, responsive to needs, newly renovated, decorated beautifully, well equipped Close to viewing areas, nice fire pit. tricky driveway, but doable. We had a great time!
House was clean and well equipped. Location is about 15 min from Elk Country visitors center. Driveway… you should back in and pull out. Vice versa doesn’t seem safe as it’s right on a turn. Overall nice place to stay.
Property location not ideal..Right on road with no proper outside hangout space. Go in house all the comforts of home. No views or privacy for being in Mts
The home is old, but nicely restored and decorated to feel very cozy and charming. This may be the cleanest VRBO home I've ever stayed it. Everything was as described and we were quite comfortable there. The driveway is challenging, but once we figured it out we were fine. The hosts are very responsive to communication. Although it is doubtful we will go to this area again, if we did, I would rent this home.

Nice home, misleading pictures
We really liked this home; however, the driveway was treacherous and had we known what an inconvenience the driveway/parking situation was, we would have reconsidered. The pictures in the listing are quite misleading because they give the illusion that you are going to be on a property surrounded by a good bit of land. The truth is, the house is right along the main road and the backyard (where you see land in the pictures) is on a slight hill and it's not like you'll be spending any time back there. There are houses directly to your right and left. The driveway was our main complaint. You can't get in it easily and it goes down fairly steep. It's a tight squeeze. There is only room for 2 vehicles in the driveway, but you do have access to the 2-car garage, which is nice. Oh, THERE IS NO CELL PHONE SERVICE in this area!!! I wish I had known that ahead of time because I would have written down the code to get into the home or written down the property owner's phone number because I had no way to get into the VRBO app to retrieve that information. I won't get into that whole story, but it was a major PITA. Once we were able to get into the home we did have a good time. The home itself is quite lovely.
We were a little taken back upon arriving at the house. In the pictures it looked like it was out in a field by itself . When we arrived and realized it was right on the road with a suicide driveway entrance we were very concerned. Once we got into the home we were pleasantly surprised that the interior even though it was a very old house was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.
