"Hunt House Dockside" on the Banks of the Cumberland River in Nashville, the perfect place to gather Family and Friends for your Nashville Vacation or a quick weekend getaway. Our Riverfront Home is Cozy and comfortable with covered porches and decks-all the comforts of home. Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Nashville and BNA. The Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills all in walking distance.
The space
Our back yard is a refuge for all. Hot Tub and Dock with water access for Kayaks and Fishing.
Guest access
The Main House is all yours with Front and Back Deck access as well as back yard and River- Dock access.. Our Home has 3 Levels with 2 Private Living spaces. Our guest space is the Main House which includes 1st floor, 2nd floor and lower level. Our Living Quarters when we are not traveling include a private entrance off the opposite side of the Front Porch which

1. Our Guest space is the Main House, entry through the stained glass Front Door. This includes 1st floor, 2nd floor and lower level.
2. Our Living Quarters has a private entrance off the opposite side of the Front Porch.
3. We live full time on the property when not traveling and are available to our guest 24/7. Our hope is you will feel the same comforts of our Home as we do. It is a blessing to share!

The house was absolutely perfect for our annual family get-together! The outside deck was perfect for morning coffee. The "boys" loved going down to the dock and fishing. Plenty of room for 8 people, great common rooms but also enough bedrooms for some privacy. The location cannot be beat - right around the corner from the Opry, General Jackson, and only 15-20 minutes to downtown. Hosts were super responsive and great people! Highly recommended!

The house is in a great location. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time at the house on the back deck looking over the river. A+

" Girls Trip"

Five of us stayed here for our annual "Girls Trip", Owners are on the property but not an issue. The only thing I would add is a hammock out back in that beautiful space.

Hunt House was perfect!

The house is well appointed and perfect for our family. We had plenty of room. Morning coffee on the back porch listening to the river was so relaxing! We rented their boat and spent plenty of time tubing, skiing and exploring the river. The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We would highly recommend Hunt House for your Nashville vacation!

Country living in the city

This property is outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown while still being a short drive or Uber ride away from the action of Broadway, situated right near Opryland. I was unsure of how an owner occupied property would be but it worked out wonderfully; Tammy and Gary we available as needed but otherwise gave us privacy, their residence is attached but separate entrances. The property has plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms and a dining area big enough for all guests (not something you always find!). Would recommend this property for people who don't want the noise of downtown with convenience to attractions.

The Hunt House

The property was perfect. We had a party of 9 (three of which were teenagers l) and it fit us comfortably. The hosts Tammy and Gary stayed on site but we hardly noticed that they were there. Tammy is quick to respond to our needs. The location was perfect. Our primary focus of the stay was to cost downtown. The drive to downtown was 10-15 minutes tops. Overall we were pleased with the property, the location and the hosts. This place is is clean in a safe location and no far away from downtown.

What BEAUTIFUL place on the Cumberland River, this River House was Perfect for our Family. Our stay was very peacefully, cozy & the house was very clean, located a few minutes from downtown Nashville. We definitely added this house to our favorite Places to Stay and we will be back to continue to explore Tennessee. Thank you for having us.
