Top holiday home right on the park in Leipzig!

This rustic, well-kept holiday home is located directly at Stünzer Park and has its own access to it. It is surrounded by an enchanting flower garden in spring and summer. The winter garden on the terrace invites you to linger in any season. A parking lot is in front of the house.
The apartment extends over 2 floors and offers a lot of rustic comfort with its 3 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. We are happy to accommodate 1-8 sleeping guests, there is also a high chair, a step stool and a toddler bed available on request. The bathroom has a shower and a cozy corner bath! You will find a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle and all the important utensils you need for cooking. There is also a second guest toilet on the lower floor. Children can use provided toys and art supplies, romp and swing in the garden. On request, we will be happy to open the small garden gate to the park (but you can also reach it via a small detour in 3 minutes on foot).
With the nearby bus, S-Bahn and TRAM stops (all approx. 10-15 minutes' walk away), you can reach the city center, the opera, the Gewandhaus, the main train station, the zoo, the Monument to the Battle of the Nations and all other sights without a car Leipzig. There is a traditional organic bakery (Thurs-Sun 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.), a Greek restaurant and a consumption within walking distance. A little further there is a pharmacy, a kebab shop and a late sale (about 3 minutes by car).
