Nicest places I have stayed in Venice LA to date. Recently renovated, clean and practical indoor space, patio outdoors. Has all the essentials - grill, fridge/freezer space, washer/dryer, vacuum sealer, and had plenty of offerings as far as cooking supplies and condiments in fridge. Host was great with communication. Located on site in Cypress Cove Marina so ideal of chartering there. Would stay again.

Carport lights didn’t work, dryer didn’t work, fishing guides took up boat parking and constantly were there on the dock and under the camp while we were trying to enjoy our stay, ice machine stayed locked up the entire time unless fishing guides came and unlocked it to use for themselves. In my past stays, ice machines were there for our use while staying, I have booked here a few times and have enjoyed my stay each time. This time was not pleasant when I have to go get ice from a store while I watch a guide service come by each day and get there own ice and lock it back up, get told to moove my boats so they can pull there big offshore boat in, can’t even sit under the carport and enjoy my company because it’s so dark, and have to go home with wet clothes because the dryer would not work. Ridiculous and will not book ever again, there’s plenty of better options in cypress cove and Venice marinas.

Venice customer fishing trip

Great accommodations for six guys on a customer fishing trip. Most of the guys had previously been to Venice and said that this was their best accommodations and they would plan to stay here again on their next trip. We will definitely be back next year. Our captain was able to pick us up directly from the back yard in the morning. The unit has a vacuum sealer and had plenty of condiments etc in the fridge from previous guests. 5 stars all around.
