Your holiday home offers you, among other things, floor to ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural light in the apartment. In the 2. Upstairs of this new building you can relax on just under 70 m² in your own sauna, or let your soul on the balcony with stunning views of the countryside.

A modern fitted kitchen including a Bosch coffee pad machine, as well as a cozy sitting area with Smart TV, and a modern dining area. Free Wi-Fi and a blue-ray player are available.

Your spacious living and dining area offers plenty of space and leaves nothing to be desired.

There are a total of four beds available, spread over two bedrooms. These have high quality and comfortable box spring beds. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an additional Smart TV, the other has 2 single beds. Furthermore, a baby travel cot and a Kinderbettususfallschutz available.

Further inventory of the apartment includes utensils such as an ironing board, an iron, a washing spindle, washer and dryer and a vacuum cleaner. Also available are child safety locks.

You can park your car comfortably in the garage belonging to the object. An electric socket is also available here. A barrier-free elevator will take you from the underground car park to the apartment.

Wir sind begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlte man sich willkommen, Lampen waren an, die Wohnung war angenehm warm. Die Sauberkeit war top, die Ausstattung schon hochwertig. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Sauna - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig und doch zentral. Da wir mehrere Familien mit Kindern, aber auch mit Hunden, gesehen haben,muss es wohl sehr familienfreundlich sein. Wir würden auch mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war super und bei Anreise sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war top. Schön ist auch, dass es im Haus einen Fahrstuhl gibt. Das erleichtert das Koffer tragen sehr. Auch das es einen eigenen Parkplatz zu jeder Wohnung gibt ist super.In wenigen Minuten ist der Strand erreichbar. Nebenan ist ein Bäcker, der super leckere Brötchen hat.Cuxhaven Innenstadt oder auch der Hafen sind schnell erreichbar sowie etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Unser Fazit war, dass wir auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen werden.

Sehr moderne, toll gelegene Wohnung

Super nette Kommunikation, tolle Ferienwohnung, super modern, alles funktionstüchtig, man ist flott beim Strand, schöne Gegend, einziges kleines Manko waren die Verdunklungsplissees, die die Zimmer nicht wirklich dunkel gemacht haben oder nicht ausreichend für uns und unsere verwöhnten Kinder ;-) haben dann zusätzlich was davor gehangen, ging also alles. Es war alles sauber, Badezimmer und Küche etc. Frisch geputzt, nur unsere Socken haben gezeigt, dass der Boden vielleicht nicht erst vor kurzem gewischt wurde aber wir haben uns trotzdem wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns absolut nicht beschweren! Würden definitiv gerne wieder kommen! :-) vielen Dank für den netten Kontakt mit der Hausdame!

1. Kurzurlaub in Cuxhaven

Quartier super waren begeistert !Tiefgarage Schlüsselsafe,Aufzug ,helle moderne Wohnung mit eigener Sauna( bei Regentag genutzt). Alles was das Herz begehrt. Nur die Lage hat uns nicht so gut gefallen Auf dem Fotos macht es den Eindruck einer ruhigen Lage ( kleine Straße ,Wiese gegenüber,) doch es ist eine sehr verkehrsreiche Straße somit auch laut!und Nachmittags keine Sonne mehr… Der Ort selber bietet nicht viel …man muss mobil sein. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung sind die Lokale schwer zu erreichen da man weiter außerhalb nur parken kann. Die Fußwege sehr uneben …Allerdings habe ich meinen ersten Rollatorurlaub mit meinem Mann gemacht .. da muss man umdenken.. Der Kurzurlaub war ein Test für meinen gehbehinderten Mann ..

Wieder ein toller Aufenthalt in der Hohen Geest

Wir haben bereits öfters in diesem Haus URL gemacht und auch in dieser Wohnung fühlten wir uns direkt wohl ! Es war alles vorhanden!Genug Geschirr, Betten bequem und die Sauna war wieder super ! Einzige Tipp für die kommende Saison: neue Kopfkissen im Schlafzimmer wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, in 5 min Fußweg ist man am Meer. Auch unsere Tochter (13 Monate) hat sich wohl gefühlt. Kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre das es an manchen Stellen hätte saubere sein können (Staub im Kleiderschrank, Film auf dem Esstisch und der Boden schien nicht ganz sauber) das waren jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, wir hatten leider ein defektes Babyreisebett, dies wurde innerhalb von 10 min gegen ein neues ausgetauscht. Super Service!!!

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Sahlenburg. Die Wohnung fanden wir so gut, dass wir direkt nochmal für nächstes Jahr gebucht haben. Wir waren zu dritt und die Wohnung hat eine schönes Größe für uns. Das Bad ist groß genug zum Ausbreiten. Ein Gäste-WC gibt es auch. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Wäscheständer, eine Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Der Balkon ist auch in Ordnung. An sich machte die Wohnung einen ordentlichen Eindruck, war sauber und gut sortiert. Der Weg zum Strand war für uns kein Problem und nicht weit. Einen Bäcker gibt es auch um die Ecke. Super mit dem eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, sonst ist parken dort eher schwierig und teuer. Mit dem Buchen klappte alles reibungslos und fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Was wir wirklich als unangenehm empfunden haben, waren die Betten. Die gleichen einer Hängematte, viel zu weich. Die Dunstabzugshaube stinkt extrem nach Fisch. Wir haben zwar die Filtereinsätze gewaschen, das hat aber nichts gebracht. Nach Benutzung hat es trotzdem nach Fisch gestunken. Trotz der Kritikpunkte kommen wir wieder. Da die Wohnung ansonsten wirklich gut ist. Der Strand war nicht überlaufen und es ist relativ ruhig in Sahlenburg.

Toll für Familien

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist ganz wunderbar für einen Familienurlaub. Der kurze Weg zum Strand/Watt war super und auch die 3jährige ist ihn gerne und oft gegangen. Auf der Weide gegenüber standen Pferde, weshalb unsere Tochter kaum vom Balkon zu bekommen war, wenn wir in der Wohnung waren. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für die Familie

Diese Ferienwohnung war uns (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) perfekt. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern hätte man sogar noch zwei weitere Personen einquartieren können. Die Wohnung ist also groß, sehr modern und sauber. Das absolute Highlight ist die eigene Sauna im Badezimmer, welche von uns täglich genutzt wurde. Ein schöner Südbalkon sowie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz runden das Angebot ab. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Obwohl in vierter Reihe hinterm Strand, ist man in gut zehn Minuten am Meer und in ebenso kurzer Zeit im Zentrum von Sahlenburg. Bäcker und ein Bistro sind um die Ecke. Der Checkin-Vorgang hat uns ebenfalls begeistert. Fast alles lief online ab und hat zuverlässig geklappt. Auch die Schlüssel konnten direkt am Objekt abgeholt werden. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne und empfehlenswerte Wohnung, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.
