Bright, newly built apartment. Only a few meters to the beach!

"Quartier Hohe Geest 20". Here you can enjoy a few relaxing days at the North Sea. The beach is only about 400 meters from the house.

The prices are for 2 persons, each additional person pays 10, - Euro per night.
Bath and bed linen can be ordered upon request.
A deposit of 100,00 € is due before arrival.

On 24 sqm living and dining area is enough space to watch TV, listening to music or for cozy games. Also a Nintendo Classic mini game console belongs to the equipment. To your heart's content you can prepare delicacies in the fully equipped kitchen area. An electric grill for indoor or outdoor use is available.

The lovingly furnished bedroom has a box spring bed (180 x 200) and is equipped with blackout curtains. In the living room, the sofa can be transformed into a sofa bed (lying area 120 x 190).

After a nice day on the beach, you can spend the evening in your private sauna, which is in your bathroom and the day on the balcony.

Sahlenburg (Low German Sahlenborg) is a district of Cuxhaven and a resort on the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony. In the immediate vicinity you will find the popular Waldfreibad, a climbing park, as well as the Wernerwald for excursions into the countryside.

Eine liebevoll und praktische eingerichtete Wohnung. Ein sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand. Eine super Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung und schnelle Lösungen.Unser Highlight: AS Kocken in Spieka Neufeldt, der beste Backfisch und dort kann man auch Krabben vom Kutter kaufen Wir kommen wieder und haben die Wohnung schon weiter empfohlen.. Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in der schönen Wohnung. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. An den fehlenden Esstisch kann man sich schnell gewöhnen. Man sitzt halt nebeneinander an der Theke. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Einzige Kritikpunkte in der heutigen Zeit ist ein fehlender Eierkocher und Fernseher ohne Smart / App Funktion. Somit kann man kein Sky oder sonstige Streaming Dienste nutzen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt.Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Sahlenburg. Die Sauna in der Wohnung hat uns an Regentage den Aufenthalt "versüsst".Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns ganz spontan samstags entschieden, dass wir sonntags für zwei Nächte nach Sahlenburg fahren. Es hat so kurzfristig alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und haben die Zeit für lange Spaziergänge genutzt. Da wir in der Nebensaison da waren, hatten viele Restaurants und der Bäcker geschlossen. Da wir aber mit dem Auto da waren, sind wir einfach in die Stadt gefahren. Alles kein Problem. Wir haben die kurze Auszeit sehr genossen.

Sauberkeit

Die Wohnung war zur Übergabe nicht gereinigt. Es lagen gebrauchte Handtücher und Bettwäsche herum. Der Service hat nach telefonischer Info die Wohnung bis 18:45 Uhr grob gereinigt. Am Folgetag haben wir noch das Sofa und weitere Stellen von diversen Tierhaaren befreit. Der Service wollte sich mit Ihnen dazu in Kontakt begeben. Wir hatten bisher von diesem Objekt einen guten Eindruck und sind daher sehr enttäuscht. Beste Grüße Thomas und Inga Fischer

Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage für Hundebesitzer ist super, der Hundestrand mit eingezäunter Auslaufwiese ist fußläufig erreichbar. Check-In klappt super, da die Schlüssel nicht woanders abgeholt werden müssen, sondern im Tresor lagern. Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas eng, wenn der Nachbar nicht ordentlich parkt. Ausstattung passt wunderbar, wenn es nicht stört, dass am Küchentresen gegessen wird. Internet ist etwas langsam, aber Netflix und Co. laufen trotzdem. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld und im Nachgang. Abzug bei der Sauberkeit nur, weil wir noch den Sand vom Vorgänger auf dem Sofa hatten und dieses erst absaugen mussten. Ansonsten alles top sauber und gepflegt.

Ruhe im November

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Teifgaragenstellplatz mit Zugang zum Haus ist super, die Sauna ideal und alles in einem TopZustand. Das WLAN ist für Videokonferenzen nur bedingt geeignet. Die Umgebung ist dem November entsprechend ruhig. Für Besorgungen braucht man dann jedoch ein Auto / Fahrrad. Die Lage nah zum Strand ist wunderbar. Gerne wieder

Super Wohnung mit einigen Kinderkrankheiten

Das gesamte Haus sowie die Ferienwohnung sind qualitativ hochwertig und bieten einem die Möglichkeit schöne Tage in einer tollen Umgebung zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist qualitativ hochwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatte die Wohnung einige kleinere Kinderkrankheiten welche den Aufenthalt nicht beeinflusst haben- allerdings behoben werden sollten. Dies war u.a. defekte WC-Spülung im BAD, defekte Beleuchtung an der Abzugshaube, bei zwei Schränken waren die Scharnieren ausgerissen und der Elektrogrill war defekt. Die Mängel wurden bei der hinterlegten Telefonnummer auf den AB gesprochen- eine Rückmeldung erfolgte allerdings nicht. Kurz um: wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen da es ein toller Aufenthalt gewesen ist.

Super schöne Wohnung. Komplett eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Whg. hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Alle Geräte wie Fernseher,Radio sofort ok. Gute Möglichkeit um Fahrräder abzustellen… Lage zwar nicht ab Strand aber zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Toll für Radfahrer, aber an 21:00 werden die Bürgersteige hochgeklappt.

Richtig gut!

Die Wohnung war großzügig gestaltet, alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt im Haus. Gesamtzustand war gut. Sehr gut hat uns die Sauna gefallen und die ruhige Lage. Gefehlt hat uns ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Metzger. Zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto oder ein Fahrrad. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Entspannung

Eine wirklich sehr schöne und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. In der Sauna konnte man sehr gut entspannen. Allerdings muss ich leider bemängeln, dass in der gesamten Wohnung, das Bett und die Couch mit eingeschlossen, Hundehaare waren. Nachdem wir diese aber selber aufgeräumt haben, konnten wir unseren Kurztrip genießen.

Schöne Wohnung, ca. 8 km vom Zentrum der Stadt entfernt

Die Wohnung ist alles in Allem zu empfehlen. Das Treppenhaus wurde täglich geputzt, was zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts auch sinnvoll war. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben groß, schön und größtenteils sauber. Allerdings könnte es eine stärkere Entlüftung des Bads geben, damit die feuchte Saunaluft besser entweichen könnte. Der Balkon war schön groß und wir konnten dort die Sonne genießen. Schön war, das es eine Tiefgarage und eine extra Stellfläche für Fahrräder gibt, die Parkplätze dort sind jedoch etwas schmal. Positiv aufgefallen ist mir die Möglichkeit der Mülltrennung, das habe ich sonst noch nirgendwo gehabt. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
