Eclectic Property

Overall the house was clean, very large kitchen but not very stocked with everyday cooking essentials. Landscaping at property needs major attention, not maintained at all. Koi pond does not work and is over run with sludge. House is NOT 4 bedroom, the fourth “bedroom” is 2 twin beds in the entry way of the home with curtains separating the area from the living room. Two of the beds listed are pull out couches in the living room, one of which is not comfortable and leans backwards into the couch. The home had a overpowering musty smell. Deck area on the lake is very peaceful and watching the wildlife was the highlight of our stay. Our party of 9 was slightly uncomfortable due to the sleeping arrangements.

Uptight host

The host was ver uptight. More concerned with bothering about petty rules and harassing about minor details such as specific details about guests staying, etc … than she was about being a hospitable host. It was not a pleasant experience booking this home, and I wouldn’t do it again.

Love the property

We stayed for a classic car show in the are. Plenty of parking and very secluded and beautiful setting. Only reason i gave 4 stars for description of property online is koi pond and gate were broken. But property over-all was excellent!
