Per Cathedral City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please respect the privacy of the neighbors. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. In addition to the noise standards identified in Chapter 11.96 of the code, no radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used for short-term vacation rental. Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any short-term vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the short-term vacation rental at all times.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off AC/Heater
Place cover back on outdoor TV, bbq, and fire-pit if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No outdoor music, radios, instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day.
The use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited.
Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.

We have rented this house numerous times. It is squeaky clean, very well maintained, spacious and a perfect place either to use as a base or just hang out and relax. Tami and Jeff are outstanding hosts.

Peaceful & Close to it all

Perfect stay for my spouse and four children. The kids loved the pool. Everyone loved the space. Appreciated how close it was to the airport and Acrisure Arena where we saw an event. First travel to Palm Springs. The warm weather was amazing!

Great Family Getaway

This property is super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt comfortable like we were at our own home. If we had any questions, we got responses back right. It’s a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and an easy drive to further areas. We were here with our two kids under 2 and it was great for them as well. The complex is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent place to relax and adventure near Palm Springs

Very nice property, with great salt water pool and spa. Loved the easy indoor-outdoor flow of the villa. Adult bedroom and bath well separated from kids & guest room and bath. Comfortable beds and lounge spaces, nice TV. Location is great situated close to Palm Desert, Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Enjoyed lots of pool time and playing golf. Highly recommend

Fun Spring Break

We took our two kids, pre-teen and teen boys, for five nights and we all had a great time. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The boys especially loved the basketball hoop in the pool. My husband and I liked the walking path that goes in between the backyards. There is a beautiful view of the mountains.

Indian Wells Tennis Trip

We had a great time at our annual Indian Wells tennis trip. The house was perfect for our group, offering tennis courts at the clubhouse so we could play before we went to watch the pros. The house was clean and very well maintained and the extra 1/2 bath was a bonus. It was easy to settle in and feel at home for our stay. Kitchen was large with lots of room and amenities. Great play to stay in the Palm Springs area.

Wonderful property and great location.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. It is well maintained and very comfortable. Beautiful pool area. Close to everything. The owners were VERY responsive to needs all our needs, and very patient with the requests we made. Stay with confidence, you won’t be disappointed. We travel to the area each year for a long weekend and won’t forget to check the availability of the property. It’s that good.

We stayed here for power trip concert. The property is nice, clean and quiet. We didn’t get a chance to use the inviting backyard, too tired from getting home from the concert at 3 am. It’s a gated community and easy to enter/exit. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home with Private Pool & Spa!

The location was perfect! The house was clean and spacious and close to lovely tennis courts! A protected walking path was close by and the morning sun was perfect for a leisurely coffee by the private pool. Neighborhood was quiet with the exception of some early morning landscapers with loud machinery. That was only one morning, though. And the landscaping was immaculate.

Super clean!

This rental property was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever been to. We had a new born baby with us and my mind was so at peace having her there. I feel like the owners thought of everything at this property, it was so homey. The walking path was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean. Also It felt very very safe with the security gates. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking for a house to party at, this is not it, the community is extremely quite and has an older people vibe. But if you’re looking for a quite peaceful place this is defiantly the spot.

Thanksgiving in the Desert

Two mature-aged couples shared the house for Thanksgiving week. The house was as advertised and the pictures accurate. The home has a great layout for two couples to have privacy with a split floor plan. We opted not to pay for the heated pool but we did enjoy the hot tub on a nightly basis. The community is very quiet and well maintained and the added security with the manned guard gate is an added bonus and easy to navigate. The neighborhood is in a convenient location and close to restaurants, shopping, and golf. Our group did reach out to the owners on a few occasions and they are quick to respond and very helpful. We would gladly stay at this property again.
