Cabin was simple, comfortable, immaculately clean, easy to keep clean, and had every reasonable household amenity. Tim and Kate were the best- personable and responsive! Highly recommend- we will definitely be back!
Love staying in these cozy cabins whether it’s during the winter or summer. Everything we need is in the cabin plus lots of trails nearby to take the dog. Enjoy waking up and enjoying my first cup of coffee on the porch overlooking the beautiful landscape
Clean, quiet, comfortable, 7 minutes to town, you can ride your ATV from your camp to the trails

Whatever your expectation is of a cabin in Maine, Cozy Cabin is likely right there. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchenette, quiet, gas bbq on the porch, super efficient support from Tim. Next time I’m in the Fort Kent area I’ll need to factor in more layover time at Cozy Cabin 1!
Reliably clean and comfortable. I realized I can hear the river from our balcony. Love it! Very satisfied with our experience, which will keep up coming back.
This was an immaculate cabin on a gorgeous property, with trails and a brook next to it that I wish we had more time to explore. The owners thought of everything and we couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Our two big dogs loved having room to run, and we loved the gorgeous coffee views from the front porch in the morning. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and can’t wait to come again!
