Ferienwohnung Casa Zappa
Ruhige Lage ausserhalb von Brusino, zum einkaufen braucht man ein Auto. Viel Platz (ideal für Ferien mit grösseren Kindern). Gut ausgestattet. Bett- und Frottierwäsche sehr sauber, die Wohnung hätte besser geputzt sein können (insbesondere der Backofen) und ich hätte den Staubsauger geleert vor Ankunft neuer Gäste. Auf der Dachterrasse und auf dem Balkon fehlt ein Sonnenschutz. Ansonsten tiptop, v.a. das Restaurant ist der Hammer!

Bratpfannen zum wegwerfen Gesamtes Mobiliar eher schmutzig. Sofa sehr schmutzig . Lärmende Heizung im Hinterhof. Bett-Frottewäsche u. Küchentücher wurden während unseren 10Tagen nie ausgewechselt. WC Rollenhalter fehlt. Spiegel ist für Person mit 120cm Körpergrösse montiert. Hinterhof sehr schmutzig. Kein Abfalleimer in Küche vorhanden. Personal von Restaurant Zappa sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachtischlampe vorhanden jedoch ohne Stromanschluss. Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht richtig.

Schöne Landschaft
Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, der Ort bietet eine gute Möglichkeit zu wandern, zu schwimmen ( eigener Zugang zum See), ganz nettes Personal ( von dem Hotel Zappa neben an). Die Wohnung ist abgenutzt, Badewanne hat einen Riss vom Außen an der Seite.. funktioniert auch nicht wirklich. Betten sind ehe unbequem.. Zugang zu Terrasse unbequem (Nur für gesunde Menschen) u. ungepflegt. auf die Terrasse muss man mind. ein Sonnenschirm stellen, sonst ist nur am Abend schön. WLAN NUR auf Terrasse oben.

Bien mais pourrait être mieux
Très bel appartement, belle vue et personnel de l’hôtel restaurant Zappa aimable. La cuisine est équipée (four, plaques, lave-vaisselle), manquerait juste un four à micro ondes. Mobilier et électroménager assez vieillot. Magnifique terrasse avec vue, un peu d'ombre serait un plus. Pas d'accès au WiFi de l'hôtel (trop loin...)..

Tolle Ferien am Lago di Lugano
Die schöne geräumige Wohnung entsprach den Erwartungen aufgrund der Ausschreibung. Die Infrastruktur ist gut, jedoch sind die Apparte in der Küche z.T.in einem schlechten Zustand. Für sieben Personen wäre zu knapp Geschirr vorhanden und es fehlen kleine Pfannen! Leider hat der versprochene W-Lan/ Internetanschluss nicht funktionniert. ansonsten waren wir vollauf zufrieden und ahben wundervolle Tage in Brusino Arsizio erlebt.
