The view from the garden was absolutely stunning. We had a great time. The house could have been a bit cleaner. But at the end is was really worth the price!

Lovely apartment in a spectacular environment

We spent 2 times 2 weeks in Lezzeno and can recommend that place to everyone. It's a quite place located near the forest and about 15 minutes by foot from the center of Lezzeno. Very green and inviting to spend the a lazy day in the garden, which offers a great view on the lake. The apartment has a direct entry to the big garden. Big dining room with integrated kitchen, in summer we actually had all meals outside in the garden. Upstairs is a bathroom and two bedrooms with balcony, both offer a great view on the Lake. Downstairs is an additional toilet. In a 10 walk (somehow steep) one can reach the small beach of Lezzeno for swimming. In the center of Lezzeno you find grocery stores and some nice restaurants, located directly by the lake. In 10 minutes by car one can reach the well known and beautiful town Bellagio. To Como it's 30 minutes. Public transport is possible to both destinations.

Horrendous, non existent parking. Difficult to find the property as the property number is not written on the building. No keys to front door. Not working, broken down fridge with a rest in peace sticker on it. Washing machine ran for 6 hours. Don't know what it did. Shower is so tiny, only babies or extremely thin models can use it. Wifi network different than given in instructions. Agent was indifferent to non existent keys and non existent parking space. We checked out a day earlier than scheduled.

Dieser Platz ist wunderschön! Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist gut und zweckmäßig, der Blick auf den See ein Traum und der Garten bezaubernd schön ! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und spontan und haben uns sogar ermöglicht, noch einen weiteren Tag zu bleiben. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Comer See. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Casa 2 Palme. Wir hatten die untere Wohnung, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Schöner Garten mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See. Den Grill haben wir nicht genutzt, leider war es am Abend und auch morgens etwas kühl. Die Spülmaschine hat uns nur ein bisschen gefehlt. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bezüglich Anreise, uns hat die Parkplatzsituation nicht gestört, wir wussten ja Bescheid. Auch der Hausmeister war sofort erreichbar als wir eine Frage hatten. Restaurantempfehlung: Stone House, eine gute 1/2 Stunde zu Fuß Richtung Bellagio. Leider kann man nicht immer am See entlang laufen, die Straße ist vor allem bei Dunkelheit nicht ganz ungefährlich, da teilweise ohne Gehweg. Auch den Bootsverleih im Ort können wir empfehlen und den Dorfladen, hier bekommt man am Morgen frische Brötchen und alles was man sonst so benötigt. Ausflüge nach Bellagio, Como und in die Berge waren schön. Alles in allem eine sehr erholsame Woche.

Der Ausblick von Garten und Balkon ist traumhaft. Bei Hitze bietet der Garten immer ein schattiges Plätzchen und wenn es mal regnet, kann man durch den Unterstand mit großem Tisch trotzdem im Trockenen draußen sein. Der Strand ist nah und war nie besonders voll, ab und zu waren wir sogar allein dort. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

La plus belle vue de ma vie - Incroyable

En lisant certains commentaires, j'avais un doute. En cherchant la location le jour même, j'avais un doute La position donnée par Abritel fait arriver au mauvais endroit, c'est bien la dernière maison tout au bout de Sormazzana. Une fois trouvé, l'émerveillement du lieu entre en action. C'est absolument magique Le jardin donne un perspective de vue à débordement. La maison est très bien équipé , typique avec un charme fou. Mes enfants ont adorés, tout est à coté La piscine qu'est le lac de Côme est à 5mn en bas des escaliers, l'épicerie à 10mn Pour le parking, c'est quasi impossible de se garer dans la résidence mais cela n'est pas grave car on trouve des places un peu plus loin. Je n'ai qu'un seule envie , revenir pour me laisser de nous bercer par le lieu , encore et encore Merci à nos hôtes

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in uriger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger erhabener Lage, hoch über dem See. Tolle Aussicht vom schönen Balkon und großzügigem Garten mit Grillhaus. Die Küchenzeile ist bestens ausgestattet, bis auf eine Spülmaschine. Ansonsten fehlte dort nichts. Den fehlenden TV haben wir nicht vermisst. Das WLAN ist ausreichend schnell. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung über die Straße Sormazzana endet in einer Sackgasse, wo auch Parkplätze sind. Die gelb markierten dürfen nicht dauerhaft benutzt werden. Zur Wohnung gelangt man dann vom Parkplatz aus über eine Treppe und geht ein Stück rechts auf der Strada Regia bis man die 2 Palmen sieht. Dort ist die Wohnung 24, die man über eine Treppe erreicht.Parkplatz ist das Stichtwort. Es gibt keine festen Parkplätze für die Ferienwohnungen. Wenn man Pech hat, muss man 700 Meter weiter weg parken. Also gut zu Fuß sollte man schon sein. Vom Parkplatz selbst geht eine Treppe runter Richtung Kiesstrand. Hier muss man übe die Straße und weiter nach unten. Dort liegen dann auch die Kajaks, die mit einem Zahlenschloss gesichert sind. Code ist beim deutschsprachigen sehr sehr netten Vermieter zu erfragen. Eine Bäckerei und Minisupermarkt sind im Ort vorhanden und bieten alles für die erste Versorgung. Zu dieser gelangt man, wenn man die Treppe runtergeht Richtung Kiesstrand und dann auf der Hauptstrasse ca. 500 Meter rechts geht. In Bellagio sind weitere größere Supermärkte. Achtung Autofahrer: Die Straßen sind alle sehr eng und meine elektrisch einklappbaren Außenspiegel waren Gold wert. Vor allem wenn die Busse entgegen kommen. Eine Bar an der Busshaltestelle vor der Bäckerei dient auch als Busticket-Shop. Die ältere urige Gastwirtin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben zwar kein Wort verstanden, aber mit Händen und Füßen hat alles funktioniert. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wenn nur nicht diese Mücken wären. Wenn man im Garten ist, sollte man Mückenschutz auftragen. Dann geht es aber. Die Aussicht entschädigt dafür. Richtung Bäckerei befindet sich auch ein Motorbootverleih. Auch hier gab es gute Boote zum fairen Preis. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Sommerferien in Lezzeno

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und super Sicht auf dem Comer See. Die Badestelle und die Kajaks haben wir sehr häufig genutzt. Lediglich die Parkplatz-Situation hat die Urlaubsfreude etwas getrübt.

Herrliche, ruhige Lage am mit super Blick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Fantastische Lage um in Ruhe seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Gleichzeitig ist man schnell an der Hauptstrasse oder am See. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit der Grillhütte ist ein Highlight. Einziges Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Wir hatten allerdings immer Glück, wobei nicht klar war, wo man eigentlich parken darf.

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Comer See

Alles war super: tolle Vermieter und bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung! Bäcker, kleiner Laden vor Ort, den Großeinkauf haben wir im Supermarkt in Como nach der Stadtbesichtigung erledigt. Wir haben ausgiebig den kleinen Kieselstrand direkt vor Ort genutzt, sind geschwommen und mit den Kanus gefahren. Auch zum Wandern liegt das Haus toll: direkt an der Strada Reggia - der Verbindung von Como (Brunate) nach Bellaggio, auch der Sasso Calvarone kann erklommen werden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub! Danke Heinz und Marilena für die Gastfreundschaft!!!

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war aus unserer Sicht noch besser, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten ausreichend Platz, so dass man sich auch mal bei schlechtem Wetter aufhalten kann. Der Garten ist super gestaltet und das Gesamtpaket passt einfach komplett. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand über dem See und man ist in wenigen Minuten unten am Kiesstrand. Beim Gepäck sollte man daran denken, dass man das Haus nicht mit dem Auto erreicht, sondern das Gepäck ein paar Meter getragen werden muss. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung.

Schöner Garten mit traumhaftem Blick

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit Garten und Balkon und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Kleiner Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Blick von Garten und Balkon auf den See ist zu jeder Zeit traumhaft schön.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf den See

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Garten, ruhig gelegen! Blick auf den See von Garten und auch Balkon aus. Bademöglichkeit in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Klasse Haus mit schönem Ausblick

Das Haus ist super mit nem riesen Garten, inklusive Grill und Liegestühlen. Bis zum See sind es 5 min zu Fuß, also etwas den Berg hoch gelegen. Daher die Klasse Aussicht vom ganzen Haus aus. Das Haus ist auch gut eingerichtet, sauber und wirklich schön. Und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Wohnung in traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns (2 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) sehr gefallen und uns einen sehr schöne (Aus-)Zeit ermöglicht. Die Raumaufteilung und Garten sind sehr praktisch, da man nicht permamnent Kinder beaufsichtigen muss. WIr haben definitiv viel Spass gehabt. DIe Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, das Klima angenehm warm und das Wasser und Essen herrlich. Definitiv zu empfehlen.

Lovely location, great garden

We had a really good week in the appartment - spent most of the time in the garden overlooking the lake, but great also to get out in the canoes and explore the local villages. As we've fed back to the owners, we had a bad start as we were not sent any instructions on how to find the house, and it took a long time and a phone call to Switzerland on a very hot day to find it. Hopefully that won't happen to anyone else. We also weren't aware the garden was shared with upstairs, as the web listing implied that it wasn't - hopefully this has also been changed so that others aren't in the same position. We felt lucky that the group upstairs were so nice that this was not a problem. Overall, its a lovely property, in a great location. A really good find. Thank you.

Het schitterend huis en de logistieke uitdagingen

De woning bevat zo goed als alles wat je wenst. Het terras in de tuin is werkelijk 'outstanding'. De logistiek, d.w.z. de wegen om bij het huis te komen, is een uitdaging. Als wielrenner kun je er je hart ophalen: prachtige klimmetjes en natuurlijk de finale van de Ronde van Lombardije. Met de auto rijden op dit schiereiland van Bellagio is een beproeving.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Es ist eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit einen großen Garten und tollem Grillplatz. Es sind viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft uns es gibt gute Bademöglichkeiten im Ort. Die Busanbindungen sind sehr gut.
