Great place for a relaxing visit

We really enjoyed this home. Enclosed porch was great for reading, napping and just enjoying the breeze. Antonio the host was super easy to contact with very quick response. It is within 10 miles to Sanibel and 8 miles to Fort Myers Beach, so we were able to visit all the beaches on our bucket list.

Great place to stay

Antonio's place was very welcoming and restful. We especially enjoyed spending time relaxing in the living room, and the kitchen had every thing that we needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were also really comfortable, and Antonio responded quickly to any questions we had.

So happy this home was available for our family vacation!

Very nice house with all amenities. Clean and well located to everything we wanted to do. We went to 4 or 5 different beaches all within 15-45 min drive.

Charming and homey

This house was so comfortable homey and very pretty. The pictures don’t do it justice. The host provided thoughtful touches for both humans and my dogs and was very kind. Enjoyed our stay very much

Loving it!!

The house was perfect!! The coffee bar was awesome. The location was easy access to I75, to Hammond field and just up the street to the bridge to Cape Coral. I will stay again and would recommend this house all day long!!

Really nice house

We spent a two-week vacation there in July 2023. It is a lovingly furnished house with plenty of space and comfort. The beds were very comfortable. We almost slept better there than at home. We especially liked the TV entertainment. Everything up to date and a TV in all bedrooms. There is also a charging station for various models for cell phones, headphones, etc.. Kitchen appliances, as well as washer and dryer also everything up to date. We were really very satisfied with the house.

Nice Clean Home. Great Location

This is a nice home. The pictures on VRBO website are accurate. Good size kitchen and eating area for 4 people. Next to kitchen eating area is a dining area that seats 4. Kitchen has stainless updated appliances and all worked with no breakdowns. Kitchen is well stocked with the basic necessities. Both bathrooms have been updated and quite nice. 2 of the bedrooms have double (full) beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds have 100% foam mattress meaning they are not innerspring with foam top-soft to very soft support. Each bedroom has an TV. There is also an TV in the family area. Air conditioning worked well. Lovely screened in back porch/lanai that comfortably seats up to 6 people. Nice size back yard for kids to play but it isn’t fenced in. Basic newer washer and dryer that worked with no breakdowns. Neighborhood is safe and quiet at night. Camera on front door and on each side of the house showing driveways and front yard. There is some mild noise from McGregor during the day but after 2 days you really are not aware of it. Roughly 15-20 minutes to the bridge to FMB or to the bridge to Sanibel, to downtown and US 41 (Tamiami/Cleveland Ave) depending on traffic (time of day). Driveway holds 1 car, attached garage is available. Also, half circle driveway for cars to park. A great place to stay.

Wonderful spot to stay, especially for Spring Training baseball. It's an extremely clean and inviting place to call home for a few days. The screened in porch is the perfect place to have a cup of coffee and peaceful morning. The host was friendly and easy to get ahold of. All of my questions were answered immediately. We would be happy to stay here again!
