About this property

Luxurious Heated Saltwater Pool Home

At SAULT LIFE you can relax at home by the pool or take a short drive to put your toes into the sand at Ft. Myers Beach! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect retreat for a family vacation or a weekend away with friends.

The home has an open floor plan with the master bedroom/bath on one side and the two other bedrooms on the other. Each bedroom has a privacy lock to prevent accidental entry by other guests in your party.

We are located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral. There is a park with tennis courts and a playground within a 5 minute walk (we have some spare baseball gloves and tennis rackets available for your use as well).

Within a 10 minute walk, there is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens drug store, McDonald’s, Burger King, local restaurants (Try out Lobster Lady for seafood! You won’t be disappointed) and bars. 10 minutes in the other direction is Cape Harbor with restaurants and an outdoor bar that has live music in the courtyard on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If you want to drive, or Uber, we are about 15 minutes to SE 47th Terrace which has restaurants and bars of all kinds.

Cross over the Cape Coral bridge towards Ft Myers and the beach is about a 25 minute drive.

RSW airport is 45 minutes away. (Note, most places in Cape Coral are about 45 minutes to the airport)

There is no beach view from this house. It's a beautiful house with a wonderful/beautiful pool. The neighborhood is really nice too! I would stay here again.

The house was great and we enjoyed celebrating my daughter's birthday there. We had the chance to meet the host, Matthew, and he was very nice and easy to talk with. After we checked out we spent about 4 hours at the park near the home.

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located with easy access to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and various nice beaches. Publix and Lobster Lady are both minutes away - very convenient!The pool is large and in good working order. I would gladly stay here again!

We had a great stay. The pool was the highlight as we spent hours in the sun. The house was stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. There were just a few items that were being repaired that would have been good to know ahead of time but wasn’t a deal breaker.

Great proactive communication from Matthew. The property is exactly as described and shown. Very comfortable, nice welcome snacks and water. Nice touch with the bath towels and travel toiletries waiting in each room. Very well stocked kitchen. Pool is very well kept and a perfect temperature. Very relaxing!

The house was absolutely perfect! We encountered a lot of rain while we were visiting but had an enjoyable time relaxing at the house. Got to enjoy the nice patio area and in-between (and sometimes during) rain showers the kids were in the pool having a blast. It was so nice to have everything we needed there. The owners were also so responsive and very apologetic about the weather. It was so nice of them to message and check on us. Definitely recommended anyone to rent from them. Will hopefully get to return again sometime!

Our Visit

Home is comfortable, pool was lovely, only real suggestion and this is coming from someone who enjoys cooking - the pots and pans need to be replaced. Non-stick pans with scratches are not good for cooking. Great number of thick towels. Would also suggest you update your home photo. We were surprised when we arrived. Thank you for our visit.

Our six week snowbird vacation in Cape Coral was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and is in a great location. Very close to shopping and restaurants. It has a great heated pool and everything you need in the house for a comfortable stay. Matthew is a great property manager. Very friendly and answers calls very promptly. We will definitely stay here in the future and recommend Matthew and his vacation home to family and friends.
