This luxury condominium is conveniently located in the city's heart and a .4mile walk to Bryant-Denny Stadium. Whether you're visiting the University of Alabama or the city of Tuscaloosa, this condo has everything needed for you and your family.

Conveniently located in the shadows of the University of Alabama is this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath luxury condominium that sleeps seven comfortably. This condo greets you with comfort when you walk through the door with granite countertops, hardwood floors in the common area, carpeted bedrooms, and tiled bathrooms. Your sleeping arrangements are 2 king beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, and an additional sofa. With two 65" TVs and one 55" TV, each guest will have their own place of comfort and relaxation. Although it is centrally located in the city and near train tracks, each room is equipped with tower fans, providing you with a peaceful night's rest. Each room also has its own entry to the patio for you to sneak out for a morning cup of coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked and offers a Keurig (Pods and traditional drip), Blender, Mixer, Toaster, Microwave, and crockpot. We also offer a large arrangement of spices, vegetable oil, and spray.

Both bathrooms have a blowdryer, and each shower has a mounted dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

For your safety, the property has cameras around the complex's exterior and in the building's halls leading to the Unit. One Ring camera will be on the front door, facing the unit's exterior. There are no cameras located inside the unit.

Two parking passes will be available upon check-in, allowing you to leave your vehicles secured in the gated community. When visiting for game day, this is an excellent option, allowing you to walk 0.4miles to Bryant-Denny Stadium or catch the Joyride 0.2 miles away at 10th Ave.

The 24-hour clubhouse offers a business center, clubroom, tanning bed, and fitness center. You can also relax poolside while enjoying the sound of the pool's waterfall or enjoy the fireside lounge and grill at your convenience. Are you visiting during football season? If so, you can also enjoy the poolside tailgate before walking over to the game.

Why they chose this property

In the middle of the chaotic housing market, our family had to relocate for our jobs. Little did we know after many twists and turns, we would find ourselves purchasing this luxurious condo in the city's heart. From living in the country on 5 acres to living in the city, we would soon find out we had a new love for all the convenience this condo offered. We loved it so much that we decided to share it with others in hopes they could also break away from life stressors and have a little fun with family and friends.

Being only .4 miles from Bryant-Denny Stadium, Houndstooth Condominiums is not just part of the action…it’s right in the thick of it. From the doorstep of this luxurious condo, you can hear the roaring of the 100,000+ Alabama fans inside Bryant-Denny Stadium, the announcer yelling “Touchdown Alabama,” and the Million Dollar Band playing ‘Yea Alabama’ as the Crimson Tide claims another victory.
