The property is in a nice area -- very close to an Albertsons ( a definite plus). The neighborhood pool was great to use.

Felt like home

Our Vrbo home was very clean and location was great without issues . Only thing is we ran out of toilet paper and none in the house for replacement. Other than that great vacation home . I would definitely use this same home again if I return.

It was nice.

The house was clean but needs to update furniture! Back yard needs to be cleaned up and lounge chairs are old, table is falling over. Decore had fall and Christmas stuff up still. Bathroom showers had a bit mold that needed a good scrub. Beds we're nice. Kitchen was good but could use a bigger coffee pot. It was easy access to everything we needed. Thank you

Check out time unacceptable

Check out time 10am! Usually check out time is 11 or 12 noon. Check in isn't until 4pm, it takes them 6 hours to clean up?? The place needs a very deep cleaning, the fridge, the floor, as you walk in the front door you are greeted by a big stain on the carpet. The place needs a lot of remodeling in the kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc. No curtains or blinds on the kitchen window! So strange.

This is a retaliatory review. The guests were still in the property until 11:30 am. We gave them more than enough time to check out although the official checkout time was 10 am. We are always lenient about the house rules and checkout time. Just need to let us know. The guest was very uncommunicative. No response to the text. We had VRBO reached out to the guests and there were no answer to several calls/attempts. Finally we had to confront the guest.The guests were not happy about it when we asked them to checkout at 11:30 AM and wrote us this irrelevant & unfair review.
