Enjoy your time away from home in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. This two story home is located in the city of Chandler, a city having a multitude of things to do and only 20 minutes from malls, entertainment, dining, and spring training camps. Enjoy all the pleasures of home with all the amenities needed for your stay. 30 days is the minimum time frame for staying at this property. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and essentials, servings for 8 and small appliances. The 1/2 bath and utility room are located on the first floor. the second floor incorporates bedrooms 2 & 3, hall bath, loft area with a work center and a separate TV room. All three bedrooms have king size beds with additional bedding provided. Plenty of towels provided in the linen closet in loft area hallway upstairs. Living room is equipped with a 55" smart tv and all bedrooms are 42" smart tv's. Direct TV is our satellite provider and Cox Cable is the
internet provider and the utilities are included in the price. This home will comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
We want to make your stay as enjoyable as we can. A detailed list of items will be provided to you once the booking has been established. If there is anything additional needed, please feel free to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
Lantana Ranch is the community that our townhouse is located in. A community pool and play area is just 75 yards out of our front door. A propane gas grill is provided on back patio for those that enjoy grilling on those beautiful nights. Arizona TPT License #21152022 and STR #302977
We will consider a long term lease up to six months if needed while you are in transition from one place to another. Just inbox me and ask for more details. Check in at 3pm, Check out at 11am. No pets allowed on premises

Residing in Texas, this townhouse in Chandler brings us closer to our son, daughter-in-law and out two granddaughters. Our #1 reason of course, our granddaughters, getting to spend more quality time with them.
Why they chose this property
We looked and looked at condos but when we found this townhouse we knew it was the one for us. The location is great and you can get around to anywhere in just 20-30 minutes for shopping, entertainment, airport, etc. We truly like the location of the townhouse. The quiet streets and beautiful landscaping is inviting for those whom enjoy morning and evening walks.
What makes this property unique
Only minutes away from airport, sports, shopping, entertainment and only an hour and a half or more to Sedona(great place to visit, totally recommend it).
