If you’re looking for a room to just lay your head at night that is extremely close to campus, then this is for you! I was there for a concert and walking to the stadium was a breeze. For the most part it was clean. There were holes in a wall but it wasn’t bad enough that it affected my stay at all. There is parking along the road that you can pay for, but I parked in the Air Garage across the street and had no issues all weekend. The host was very easy to get ahold of and he responded very quickly. Again, if you’re just looking for a convenient place to stay and aren’t looking for any frills, then this is great for you!

Great location if you want access to High St or are attending a game. The room is about what you would expect, old and not perfect but served its purpose, felt the bedding and towels were clean. There were holes in the wall under the window. Biggest disappointment was the parking, I feel the add is misleading and leads you to believe parking is available onsite, but only paid parking is available or luck into street parking . Had to park several blocks away because there was a home game and no overnight parking in garage across the street was available. Should be more clear about that in add. I would consider staying there again for the convenience of the location.
