There is a lockbox for 24 hour access.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Perfect place to spend our Mother/Daughter weekend for Luke Combs. Lots of shopping, coffee shops, and plenty of entertainment all around and within walking distance.

Amenities were in good condition, close to the stadium for the game we came in town to attend. Very festive atmosphere with all the frat and sorority houses nearby, but still enough space in between then where it wasn’t too loud

Great location!

Perfect location near OSU. Had everything we needed. Owner communicated promptly every time. The only issue we had is that the building itself was filthy as we walked toward the apartment. Management should be contacted about deep cleaning those halls. Overall worked for a week visiting campus.

Awesome property, weird neighborhood

Overall we loved the apartment! It was clean, convenient to what we needed, and well stocked. The only downside was the neighborhood. It seems to be all frat houses playing impossibly loud music until late into the night. Other than that though, we'd definitely recommend this place! Great communication with hosts!

Absolutely perfect. Truly, a wonderful stay right in the middle of OSU. While it was Halloween Weekend with massive parties, music blaring from the nearby fraternity/sorority homes, inside the unit we heard nothing. Quiet, peaceful, clean, comfortable. The beds were delicious, bathroom gorgeous. Kitchen had everything we could possibly want. Washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher. Almost as good as home. With my daughter a student, we will be coming back here again and again. And DOG FRIENDLY!!!

This apartment is in a great location if you’re visiting OSU’s campus or going to a game. It was not the cleanest, and felt very run down with stains on the floor everywhere and scuffs on every wall. There was not even a towel rack in the bathroom. There was not even a hand towel or bath mat in the bathroom. No trash can in the kitchen, just some bags under the sink we found. This is really a bare bones property. Fine for a short stay, but was very noisy outside in the hallway and in the surrounding area as college kids partied. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine for the weekend.
Found a shoe resting on the back of the couch. Is a cleaning person really coming to clean this property? I doubt it.
