THE AREA-
Come stay in this beautifully renovated home! Heated pool and fully fenced backyard. We in the heart of the Treasure Coast! Just 5 miles to plenty of shopping, golf, dining and night life! River Park Marina boat ramp with kayak and pavilion rentals. 12 miles to downtown waterfront cities of Jensen Beach and Stuart. 14 miles to our beautiful sandy beaches! 10 mins away from the Florida turnpike/I 95 to visit West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando's famous theme parks.
THE SPACE-
This home has been completely remodeled from ceiling to floors in March of 2022!
The property is highly maintained to the highest standard.
You will enter into a spacious great room and dining room area. New couches and furniture for your comfort. A 55 inch wall mounted smart tv for your entertainment. Featuring Samsung TV, Hulu & Disney Plus. Free high speed Wifi throughout the home. Beautiful nautical décor and potted palms.

Across from the dining room is a full equipped kitchen with every pot, pan, cookie sheets, baking ware and utensil/cooking tool needed. We include a full spice rack, olive oil, salt, pepper, plastic storage containers, aluminum foil, storage baggies and a fully stocked coffee bar. (K cups, ground coffee, tea bags, sugar and creamers)
Also features all brand new stainless steel appliances. We include dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, sponge, brush and cleaning products under the kitchen sink.

We offer 3 beautiful spacious bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, nightstands, new smart tv, a huge walk in closet, with iron & ironing board, private bath, 2 vanities, walk in shower and soaking tub.
2nd guestroom features a queen bed, dresser, end tables, new smart tv and a walk in closet.
3rd guestroom features 2 full sized beds, end tables, new smart tv and a walk in closet. In the closet is a travel sized pack and play and child booster seat.

The 2 guest bedrooms share a separate hall bath which is also the cabana bath to the pool area. Features a single vanity and walk in shower.

Sliders in the dining room lead to the beautiful screened in lanai with inground heated pool. (85 degrees year round) Seating for 9 under the covered porch with ceiling fans.
We also have a beautiful outdoor grilling and seating area under the palm trees for shade in a private fenced in backyard. (need to update pictures just completed the fence in December)
Guest will have access to the 2 car garage, but please no parking in the garage.
There is an extra fridge/freezer, utility sink, beach chairs, cooler, high chair, broom, vacuum and step stool located there. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.
There is also an indoor laundry room with new washer and dryer.
Laundry detergent and dryer sheets included!
We also offer games for kids and adults!
There is also a small library of books for adults and kids located in the master closet.

Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of towels in the washing machine
The remaining dirty towels can be placed in the master tub
Do not strip beds, cleaners will do it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No large events or unregistered guests allowed. No candles, smoking, illegal substances or vaping allowed on the property.
Lawn crew-Wednesday Pool crew-Monday 7am Trash/Recycle pickup- every Monday 7am Pool and lawn chemicals stored in the garage on top of spare fridge.
Please treat our home like you treat your own. All children and pets must be supervised at all times. Please look at home manual for additional info.

Fantastic home

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at this lovely home. Very beautiful and comfortable. The property owners have thought of everything to make your stay extremely comfortable. Highly recommend for all families. We weee a group of 4 adults and did not need to worry about anything. Beautiful pool and lanai with pool supplies provided as well as things for children. Would stay at this property anytime.

Incredibly sweet and comfortable home

This was our second stay in as many months. We were here in April visiting a sick relative and then back in May to say our final goodbye. This home is was so comforting during both stays. Kelly is a very hospitable host and provides anything you might need during your time away from home. If we ever return to PSL, we will surely stay here again.

Wonderful rental in PSL

We had a lovely stay at this exceptional home. The property was extremely clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The private screened heated pool and covered lanai were perfect for relaxation and southern outdoor living as was the lush tropical landscaping surrounding the backyard. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and the bathrooms were very clean; showers had strong water pressure. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment were close by and you’re about 15mins from sandy beaches. Our host Kelly was exceptional and friendly. We’ll absolutely stay at this property again in the future. Thanks for the hospitality Kelly!

Delightful Home and Host

We just spent a great five days of our spring break at this home. Located near the spring training home of the Mets and within easy reach of beaches nearby, it was easy for us to get where e wanted to be. The house was beautiful and so well stocked with comfy beds, a great pool to hang out in and a kitchen full of spices, cooking oils, and coffee supplies. Our host Kelly was quick to reply to any question we had. We totally recommend this home and this host.

Wonderful stay in PSL

This home fulfilled all of our needs. It was extremely clean from top to bottom, inside and out. Location was perfect, just a hop to get to everywhere we needed and wanted to go. The air was fresh and comfortable - we never even touched the thermostat. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature as well. Beds were so comfortable and showers were warm and strong. We would 100% stay at this home again for any future needs in the area. Thank you for the hospitality Kelly!

Outstanding family comfort zone

Our 4 and 9 year old granddaughters loved spending 2 nights with us. Our son, his wife and 1 year old spent days at pool having fun. Having all the baby friendly items: fence around pool, pack and play, high chair made our days relaxing and safe. We can honestly say the cleanest most well stocked attention to detail rental we have had. Will be back!!

Great place to transition.

We were building a house in tradition and needed a furnished place to stay while we finalized the last bit of construction and closing. This is an ideal location just down Crosstown Parkway from Tradition. The house with a pool allowed us to relax and was close enough so that we could go back-and-forth to our new home. Plenty of storage in the garage so we could transition a lot of new items to the new house when it was finished. Kelly was very responsive and helpful with any issues that came up.
