This beautiful villa was featured by HGTV in their “Living in Paradise” series for in January 2024. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom property is Bali inspired throughout. The enchanting and rare “Lujado” concrete finish uniquely fuses with the bamboo ceilings and contemporary steel roof structure. Tropical plants and palms can be found throughout this villa, creating a vibe of balance between human achievement and the beauty of nature. This villa carries the name “Villa Palma” as a dedication to our family’s abuelos Tatica y Mima.

Villa Palma

Beautiful property a short drive from the beach in a gated community Pictures dont really do it justice. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The value for your money is off the charts.

Great property

Great property in quiet area. It's got everything you need. Open concept shower is fantastic À little far from town and beach so car is necessary. Nearby town is very quiet. But with a couple of nice restaurants. Open concept is great, but need morquito repellent at night. Beach was beautiful 😃

Una maravilla de lugar. Nuestras vacaciones han sido mejores gracias a él

La casa es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Muy bien equipada, cómoda, amplia, limpia y preciosa. Ha hecho que nuestras vacaciones hayan sido mejores. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona. Sin embargo hay una cosa que mejorar: las instalaciones de lavandería. Hay una gran lavadora y secadora a disposición de los inquilinos,pero no funciona bien (la secadora no seca y fue un problema ya que llovió cada día). Tendrían que repararla y asegurarse de que funciona bien para que la estancia sea perfecta.

Perfect house

We really enjoyed our stay, the House is gorgeous. Everything very clean and safe. The area is a bit off, but you will need a car here anyway. 20 minutes to Jaco…. And a bunch of things you can do. We would recommend a SUV or 4x4, because the street to this property is a bit tricky. Overall…. We loved this place…..

Hello , hope you are doing great ;) Rainy season we recommend 4x4 , dry season any car is ok . We are so happy you enjoyed your villa . We are only 3 min by car from the ocean and 18 min by car from Jaco. Perfect location to explore beaches , day trips to Manuel Antonio , Dominical etc ! Close to waterfalls , rivers , national park , conservation center . Pura vida
