This 1 bedroom condo offers a full kitchen with convection oven/microwave, pull out sofa, heated pool, free public parking, laundry facility , beach chairs, towels & a storage unit for guests (fishing poles, surf boards, ect). Flagler Beach is a unique sleepy little beach town with natural sand dunes, great surfing, fishing & a funky vibe with lots of local music & art to explore.

The unit is well equipped, perfect for 1-2 people. Everything I wanted was within walking distance. The beach is close and easy to access. A bonus was the Turtle Fest.

There was an issue the first day but the owner took care of the problem and reimbursed us for the first day. Everything else was was great except the WI-FI signal was weak

Mediocre Stay

The one bedroom apartment was very small and felt claustrophobic with the small windows. The bed and couch were uncomfortable. The whole place was on the unclean side including the pool. We had to buy our own beach towels and ice trays.

Kyle was a good guest and we did everything we could to accomidate him. He rented the condo for 9 days. We supply the basics for the first few days but it is a condo rental not a hotel, we do not provide additional cleaning services or suppies. However Kyle requested additional trash bag and paper products and we provided them. He also ordered something from Amazone and then asked me where he could pick it up. I told him we do not have a mail receptical at the complex but offered if he changed the shipping to my personal address I would deliver it to him but he never responded. We tried to make his stay as comfrotable as possible.
