The space
This is a non smoking two stories appartment with two bedrooms and two and ½ bathrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM & private BATH The second-floor master bedroom features a King Size bed with dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom also features a cable television. The master bath has a full-size tub and a spacious vanity.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS Also located on the second floor, features two double-sized beds with side table & lamp. This room includes a television ready to play any video available for those quiet and relaxing nights. This bedroom is next to the common bath. All beds (master and guest) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. Towels are provided in all bathrooms.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS The Fully Furnished Kitchen (should you want to cook) features a refrigerator, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with four electric burner range, and microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, pots and pans, crock pot, toaster and blender.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS The living room offers a television in front of a comfortable Sofa, love seat and two large reading chairs. Adjoining the living room is a dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. BEACH EQUIPMENT: beach chairs, shade canopy, umbrella, buggy boards, beach games.
LOCATION Located on the east coast of Florida only 20 minutes from Daytona and approximately 30 minutes from Saint Augustine.
Other things to note
Our condo allows pets under 30 pounds. The beach across the street also allows dogs on leash and is one of the few beaches in the area that allows dogs.
