Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Return the white pool keycard back in the basket to avoid $200 charge on account after check out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a long private driveway in front of the home that can comfortably fit 3 regular size cars (2 side by side and 1 parallel).
Dont park in the parking space near the clubhouse. you will get towed if vehicle is left unattended. Don’t block the sidewalk in front of our driveway
Do not park on neighbors side of the house or landscaping as you may get towed for blocking it. HOA Signs are posted all around the neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay, check in process was easy and the house was comfortable and clean. We had easy and fast communication with the host when needed. The neighborhood was quite and nice. The community center was ok. The house is close to grocery stores and made it convenient to pick up what we needed. The kitchen was stocked well and we were able to cook with ease. Checking out was super easy and swift.Overall it was a great stay.

Stayed 2 weeks for relocation. A few steps from pool, pond, clubhouse and play ground. Pretty quiet area and well lit for taking a stroll. Upstairs was spacious. If travelling with a big party keep.in mind licing are is quite small but doable. Was able to work ulstairs in quiet while friend could do whatever downstaira.

Very beautiful, neat and clean place to stay. Calm environment, convenient place to walk around your pet. You can surely add few accessories like salt, pepper, sugar, oil and toiletries. It will add convenience.

The property was as described in the listing and photos; however, the townhouse was very hot! The AC wasn’t working properly, so I contacted the host and a technician came out to check the AC, but it was still hot afterwards. The temperature was unbearable for my family and I, so we checked out early (we booked for a week but and stayed 1 day). I reached out for a courtesy refund of course no response.

Great Property

Overall the stay was perfect . The property is clean and it is in a great neighborhood . Easy access to the parks and stores in Orlando. My only request is that if you are planning meals everyday please buy or bring everything needed to cook ex( seasoning , coffee creamer , coffee ) those are were not there when I stayed . Just a little extra groceries is needed but cookware is in abundance . I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking to visit the Orlando area .

Great Stay

This house was well appointed. The place was extremely comfortable and well decorated. The hosts thought of everything and communication was easy and quick. The location was perfect to get to Disneyworld as well as many restaurants nearby. Very clean. The screened lanai was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. We have been renting units in Orlando for many years and I must say that this one in the best. Our stay was super enjoyable and we will be back.

Great place to stay!

The property was clean when we got there. We were able to select our own door code so we didn’t have to remember another number which was very helpful! The thermostat has a lock on it but whenever we wanted it changed we shot a text to the owners (who responded quickly!) who were able to change it remotely. The surrounding condos were playing music very loudly but you couldn’t hear it inside which was nice. We loved our stay!

Weekend group conference

All was nice, comfortable clean and great communication. The only thing is you will need to bring your own iron or wear wrinkle cloth out of your luggage. Since the property doesn’t have neither provide one. I had to rush to a store and buy one quick before our conference. Besides that…all was great!

Roomy with all the comforts of home

Good location, smaller gated community with a nice pool, hot tub, and playground. This property has the clubhouse/pool/playground in its backyard which was so nice for our young grandchildren. Very comfy beds and pillows. Kitchen well stocked with coffee maker, blender, nice pizza pan and cutter. Updated appliances. In suite laundry was also super convenient for our group of 7. Host was courteous and helpful. Check-in was smooth. Room to park 3 vehicles. The community has nice walking paths and 2 playgrounds. The only con for us and its minor, was regarding changing AC or heat settings which are done by the host so there might be a slight delay. We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 days here!

Suitable townhouse/ unfavorable property and surroundings

The house was as described and we had plenty of room for four adults and four children. The location to the playground and pool was great. Parking was as described and there was plenty of space for our two cars. The townhome lacked some kitchen needs- it had one dirty sponge and zero dishtowels or dish rags. We had to go out and buy that as well as hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and food storage containers. I didn’t contact the host because we didn’t mind purchasing these few things. The adjacent townhomes and common spaces were not kept up well. There was trash on the ground, in bushes, and at the playground. The clubhouse had broken furniture and equipment and overall hadn’t been cleaned well. There was standing dust high and low. The workout facility was well equipped and functioning. The pool, hot tub and pool area was clean however the bathrooms were not.

So so stay

The property manager did not send check in instructions prior to our arrival so when we arrived we could not enter the front gate. We finally had another resident let us in and then did not have an access code to the front door. I tried to call the property manager several times and had to call VRBO customer support (who called her at least 3 times before she answered) to get the information to enter the home. The house was nice inside and as described. The neighborhood was also nice and perfect for our family and pet. There were some kind of bugs in the house that I thought were ants so I purchased ant traps, but they were around even with the traps. The mattresses in the children’s rooms were not very comfortable for our teen/young adult guests. I did reach out to the property manager the day after we arrived and she was responsive to turn down the temperature in the house and answer a question about some prior damage to the rental.

Not the best

First off, the pictures are deceiving. The main living area is super tiny. The first morning we were there, I discovered that the coffee maker didn't work and the A/C was not cooling. I contacted the owner. She sent someone out to fix the A/C immediately (which was good), but said that the coffee maker wouldn't be replaced until the next day. I requested that it be replaced that day and she asked me to Venmo her $15 for expedited shipping. I said no, that it was her responsibility to fix it, and she did ship the coffee maker that day (still inappropriate to ask me to pay). The checkout procedures that are posted on the refrigerator ask that you put all towels in the washing machine and start them. HOWEVER, they do not provide laundry soap. I had brought my own, so I did use that to wash the towels for the next guest. How many people actually do that though? That scared me to think that the towels I had used while staying there were not likely to have been washed with soap. We booked another home and left early.

Hi Jennifer, We are sorry to hear your discontent and mean remarks left behind, as we have many guests that stay with us and absolutely enjoy their time there with many positive feedback comments regarding their stay. Sometimes unexpected issues do arise but we have remedied all of your concerns quickly including getting a brand new coffee maker delivered same day upon availability. also it is very hot season right now with ac working extra hard to keep things cool, and maintenance was there right away once we knew about the issue with it not working. You seemed satisfied upon the resolution and grateful since it was same day resolution. Regarding the towels, that is only a suggestion from the cleaning staff to help get the house ready for next guests by putting the towels into the laundry machine and not a requirement per our house rules/binder with check out procedures. And the cleaning staff does leave an extra pod detergent on the washer machine for 1 load. Noting as well, it is stated in our house rules you should bring extra house supplies with you and will receive only starter items upon arrival. That is very common in most short term rentals. The staff sent us a pictures of the extra supplies they leave behind upon every cleaning for next guests coming in. Take care.

Nightmare

The place was very nice. The area was sufficient for the people in our party. We got there and was unloading all three cars. We got everything unloaded and before we could go back out and move the one car there was a Hispanic man out there hooking a car to tow it away. police were called and told us it was illegal to do what he was doing. We had to pay the man so he would not tow the car away. The people who owned that car are arranging a civil suit with the state of Florida at this time. The next night we had been to Disney and came home around 11pm. We tried using the code to get into the condo and were unable. The batteries had died in the keyless entry. We could not get in. Our money and everything we had was in the room. We stayed in the car until the next day when someone brought us some batteries for the door. I am talking about 6 adults and 4 children trying to sleep in the car worried about getting attacked. We could not reach our host. The next day she called and said she had turned her phone off. I had words with her for the inconvience that was put on us bc she would not answer her phone the night before. Don’t be a host if you are going to turn your phone off and cannot assist the customers you signed up to work with. Needless to say we were not happy with the situation and it ruined our family vacation. I told the host I would never use VRBO again to book a place to stay. I have used social media and word of mouth to express how upset we are with the treatment

Hello, I apologize once again for the inconvenience of your stay. As we discussed before, regarding the trouble with the vehicle, there are signs all around the neighborhood stating that parking illegally against the HOA code will cause towing of the vehicle. We have no control over that. We have plenty of parking space in our driveway for 2 vehicles side by side. If the sidewalk is in fact blocked or parked on neighbors side of the yard or landscaping or by the HOA clubhouse, that is also cause for towing per HOA rules. Not ours. Regarding the second matter, we resolved the situation with the door lock and were in communication with you as soon as we found out the batteries malfunctioned, unfortunately late into the evening and your call was addressed as soon as possible with entry into the home. We have been hosting for many years with plenty of satisfied guest stay reviews. Unfortunately sometimes unexpected issues do come up and we have also reimbursed you for the inconvenience you experienced. We have placed a spare key to be self resolved in the future with notification in the house rules for these emergency and unforseen situations as we sometimes are not able to answer our phones middle of the night. Thank you so much for your feedback again.
