The villa and private pool are in a secure plot planted with mediterranean shrubs, flowers and palmtrees. Four independent ensuite bedrooms, and two share a fifth bathroom. Large lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Lovely rural location yet only 10 minutes walk from the beach and five minutes to the popular local bar.

Bar, beach, walking all nearby.
Great for golf from Roda in the north to La Manga in the south with many excellent courses in between.
Lovely, historic Cartagena is only 20 minutes away.
La Manga with great lagoon and Mediterranean beaches 25 minutes.
Los Alcazares for beaches and bars 10 minutes away.
Water sports, are available nearby.
Extinct volcano to climb.
