Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three bedroom home built in 1900 features an open floor plan with modern finishes, updated kitchen, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with 50” Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 50” Smart TV, private yard, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-street parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well.

Please note that when occupied, other guests will be staying on the second and third floors of the home. The only shared amenity on property are the trash/recycle bins.

Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Trash & Recycling:
Trash and recycling pickup is every Wednesday. Our service provider comes by on Tuesday to place the bins out for pickup and returns them after collection. The bins are located on the side of the house. Please do not block the bins with your vehicle so they can be easily accessed.

Plushy's apartment is the best stocked place I've ever stayed! They thought of everything you'd need - including an umbrella. I enjoyed the comfortable chairs, hardwood floors throughout and the fantastic kitchen. There's a grocery store close by and the street parking was never a problem. It was an easy 8- or 9-minute drive to downtown. Plushy answered all of my messages seemingly within the hour. I'd definitely stay again!

Never rent from them. Location was in very rough area, spider webs all over entryway. Stairs very narrow and steep and dark. Scared our car would be broken into… parking on street was scary.

Totally fair to share how the area felt to you. This is an older Buffalo neighborhood with more of a true city vibe, including street parking and homes close together, so it can feel very different from a suburban setup. The exterior stairs and entry are shown in the listing photos so guests can get a feel for the layout ahead of time. We’ll also make sure the entryway gets an extra once-over for cobwebs and lighting. Appreciate you putting the feedback out there for future guests.

Nice place, within walking distance of a lot of nice bars and restaurants. Easy access/uber ride to downtown.

Exceeded Expectations

It met our needs for a weekend away & gave us all the comforts of home. Simple easy process with the renter. I recommend the location if you want to be right in the heart of Buffalo only 30 minutes from Niagara Falls.
