The spirit of the existing Serbian “salonac”, a typical Belgrade interior design of the time, where the living room is in the centre of the appartment, was kept when this spacious three bedrooms (130 square meters) was renovated. The appartment is located in the historical centre of Belgrade, 2 minutes’ walk from Strahinjica Bana, 2 minutes’ walk from Skadarlija, 5 minutes from Republic Square and Knez Mihailova and 10 minutes’ walk from Kalemagdan. The street is peaceful and many restaurants and cafés are just around the corner.

Amazing apartment in the best spot of Belgrade

The apartment is more than spacious, it has absolutely amazing rooms! The vibe is genuine and charming, it has a soul. Location is centre of downtown, yet it's a calm street with bohemian cafes around. Just on the level of the tree-line, providing nice shadow on summery days. Also, Marko the owner was a great and intelligible host! Couldn't recommend more! Marton

Central location and good amenities

This flat is very central with good utilities (hobs, microwave, washing machine, smart TV). There are good cafe and wine bar just outside of the building.

Die Lage ist super und in der Umgebung findet man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Die City ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
