Plenty of room for 4 couples. The house was clean and the interior was updated.The exterior of the property could use some sprucing up. Weeds growing on the putting green. This did not have any impact on our stay, but the exterior of the property could look much better.

Overall a very good property close to the beach. A nice short walk. Property is very nice, a few minor things if you’re picky. Pool table in basement doesn’t have the correct billiard balls, there is the right amount, but two #13’s and an extra cue ball. All the other games are awesome. Very responsive hosts, about the best I’ve an experienced. They always responded within a few minutes.

My family decided last minute to stay here and we weren’t disappointed. The stairs were a bit tedious because we were traveling with my elderly mother, but once you get past them the house is gorgeous. We had plenty of room to sleep and play, and it’s only a block from the beach, so we went from the pool to the beach. I wish the house would have had more basic needs in terms of sugar, coffee, aluminum foil, paper towels, etc., but we made the most of it. All in all a great time was had. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice home. Great location. Wonderful pool. Fun games but one game did not work and pool table did not have correct balls and cue sticks did not have tips. Rooms were ggreat except bunk beds were very wobbly. House was very roomy and comfortable for a weekend trip with moms and daughters.

Everything was as great as the website showed! Carolina Palms Vacations who acted on behalf of the host were incredibly quick to respond and very friendly! The house was super clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed plus some. A wonderful trip and would definitely book again.

Beautiful property

Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay that is close to the beach! The turf putting green was a huge hit with my kids and the place was extremely spacious which is great when having teenagers! We definitely would stay here again!

Just as described - perfect beach house

Plenty of space to spread out, great area for the dogs and convenient access to a quiet area of the beach. A few more lounge chairs outside by the pool would make it perfect.

Beautiful Vacation home with great location

We stayed at Sun n Games this past summer for our family vacation and we loved it! We were very happy. The home is beautiful and the location was perfect. The pool was also a wonderful addition! Maria, the house manager, went above and beyond and was very helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Good trip

The place is nice for a large family. It was pretty clean. Our biggest issue was alot of the furniture was damaged beyond use. Especially outside. Quick walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Well stocked. All in all a good fun stay.

Best Myrtle Beach House Ever

We absolutely loved our stay at Crescent Beach House. More than enough room for all of us. And so many things to do at the house we didn't want to leave. Beautiful private pool, putting green, and games. It was in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The very short walk to the beach was quick and easy. Can't wait to stay there again!

Family vacation in Myrtle Beach

The house was great with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. We went swimming every day in the backyard pool. The garage was under the raised house therefore requiring going up stairs to get in (the steps outside had handrails all the way up making it easier for someone walking with a cane).

Big house close that is within walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants at Barefoot.

Great house within walking distance to the beach. Fun games to play inside the house. Big enough for 2 families to share. However, the pool pump was not working and the putting area was filled with debris. I would highly recommend this house and would stay again if the pool is fixed.

Nice location. House needs a good cleaning

It was a great space for a family reunion however rough for the elderly as there was 2 sets of stairs totaling 36 steps. Ad was misleading. House needs a good cleaning and organizing. Beautiful place and location. I texted a needs to be fixed list to the property manager I worked with who was great! Courtney at Carolina properties! Thanks so much!

Great house, but maintenance issues

This is a great house for families or groups who like to play together. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because the pool was never serviced while we were there. Due to algae we could not use the pool the last two days of our stay. We reached out to the property manager, but the pool technician never came. Also there was a torrential downpour and the downstairs leaked. We notified the property manager, but no one came by to check on it.
