Super clean and beautifully remodeled, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located in the heart of San Clemente’s historic seaside village—just steps from world-class dining, boutique shops, cafés, and the free seasonal trolley (Mar–Oct). The beach and pier are an easy walk away.

Inside, the condo offers a relaxed beachy atmosphere with all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses and premium bedding, a fully outfitted cook’s kitchen, large smart TVs, music speakers throughout, a queen sofa bed in the living room, plenty of towels, fast WiFi, and access to a secure onsite washer/dryer. A mini-split AC in the common area cools the entire condo when the bedroom door is left open.

This is a wonderful spot! We loved the condo! Super cute and comfortable. We couldn't believe the hosts' exceptional hospitality, providing beach chairs and supplies. We used the bikes too. The location is ideal for everything. Quiet but right in the mix of where you'll want to be.

What a cute place! The place was extremely clean and modern with a little retro twist! I loved everything about it. Great place with nice touches

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was the best for everything we wanted, shopping dining, and the pier. Loved the nice touches with cold beverages to greet us. Having access to all the streaming services when we were ready to wind down for the night was nice too. Oh, and let’s not forget about the bike yard with a the bikes we need to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This stunningly gorgeous, beautifully appointed, perfectly located unit with amazing hosts Cathy, Pete & Dana, was amazing. Just completely renovated like an HGTV show house, with everything we needed right there. In the adorable downtown historic shopping, Restaraunt & Bar area & 3 blocks down to the pier, beach & more restaurants. Great sunsets & beach trail is quite a treat. San Clemente is a very friendly, laidback seaside village, wish we could have stayed longer.
