Everything was great. The pool and beach access was perfect. Closeness to restaurants and shopping was nice. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the shower and the water temperature was unacceptable.

Great location. Tiki Bar and how close it is to the beach was great. Overall the facility is in fair condition and having to pay for daily valet parking and to use the facility gym were unwelcome surprises. Overall a great vacation area.
We were looking for a late booking on the water. There were many amenities available, tours and activities. Our purpose was to just relax. We slept in late, took walks, didn’t travel far for excellent food. The Tilki Bar and the Italian Restaurant in property had greatFood and great service. It was just what we needed to rest and recharge.
The stay was very comfortable- the kitchen was fully stocked, though we did have to wash the dishes prior to use. Otherwise very nice and convenient for walking around!
I usually leave very brief reviews because my stays have always been excellent; however, I do have a few concerns to note. The hot water for showers was lukewarm and at times cold, which made showering difficult. Additionally, the room was not prepared and ready until more than an hour after the scheduled check-in time. I am currently awaiting a refund of the cleaning fee due to this delay. Other than these issues, I was able to rest and truly enjoyed the view.

Well, we didn’t have a beach view room, but the view outlook. The intercoastal waterway was nice. We had no water pressure in the shower. That was the only downfall to the stay. I feel like the water was trickling out of a straw.

Very relaxing close to several restaurants and loved that it was right on the bet
Everything was perfect - clean and a great location. The property manager was great, small issue locking the door when leavin, got in touch and she came out was resolved in minutes. Furniture and blinds could use some updating but no complaints!

Excellent location for shopping and dining, easy access to the beach & Tiki bar . The room was great w/ fantastic sunsets and is everything as listed . Definitely recommend this resort for short or long term stays.
Needs many upgrades. Floors and bathroom were extremely dirty when we arrived.. Great location but would not stay there again.

The condo was as advertised. We had stayed here on a previous trip so knew we liked it. The only issue we had as with getting the wrong entry code but they were quick to respond and fix. Also, the elevators were not always properly working and the pool didn’t open until noon one day. Which is no fault of Vacasa. Overall a great trip.

Outdated and tired
Unit is very outdated, mostly clean but dirty around light switches and door handles. Furniture is old, creaky, some broken. Unit is large, spacious bedroom and plenty of seating in dining and living area. Comfortable bed, plenty of shower and beach towels. Could use 2 low beach chairs and an umbrella. (We bought and left one in the unit).

We enjoyed our stay and the place was nice. The really big downfall was that it was incredibly loud and wild at night with college spring breakers in the elevators and hallways. Tried reaching out to Vacasa and could not get a timely response. I know this was not the owners fault but they were not helpful at all. Barely slept one night because of the noise. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
Room was as expected from pictures. A little confusing as to where room 905b is. We were woken up by someone looking for it. Wi-Fi didn’t really work. There weren’t enough towels, but that was taken care of right away. A nice place to stay!

The location was on the beach as indicated. The unit was not set up for multiple guests. One washcloth for a unit of up to four guests. No pillows for the second bed. Directed to the communal laundry to wash the one washcloth so the next guest could use it.

Unfortunately, we would like to speak about the cleaning of the apartment! The cleanliness of the apartment is horrible! when we arrived at the apartment my wife had to clean everything! Zero grade on cleaning! The apartment has a good space! plus the sheets very badly washed!Great beache, but the Apt need manny updates!

Basic and outdated
1 king size bed, 1 full size murphy bed, 1 shower. Decent size 1 bedroom condo. Beds were not comfortable. Paper thin walls could hear whole entire conversation from the neighbors at 12AM. The murphy bed backs up to an old glass door thst connected the units at one time so my childeren couldn't sleep .Only 2 rolls of toliet paper for a week so had to get some from the store. Kitchen drawers get stuck. Pots and pans look like they are 20 yrs old. Resort is valet only was an extra 100 to park for the week. Pool is basic definitely not "resort" material as the name suggests; we kept getting hair on us in the pool. Tiki bar food was over priced and no flavor. This is a get what you pay for property.

Nice weekend getaway!
This resort is the top of the line. There is 2 resturants on the resort with amazing food. The staff were the most polite people. Especially the valet guys. The listing says its 15 dollars a day for parking but that needs updated because its 18 a day. The only complaint i have with our condo itself, it didnt smell very good when we entered. The first love seat smelled as if someone peed on it and then it didnt get cleaned properly. We just didnt use the love seat & bought febreeze to help w the smell of mildew. This is in a great location. It was cold while we was there and we were told there was no heating system. Not a huge issue considering florida weather is normally nice and no heat is needed but this weeknd it was and we about froze.

The listing indicates that the property includes a hot tub, but there is no hot tub on site. Additionally, when I messaged the host through the VRBO app it took 6 days to receive a response, so needless to say my issues weren't addressed until after my stay was over.
