Over 5300 sq ft of living space! It’sperfectly suited for extended family getaways. Relax by the private pool, have s'mores by the fire pit or sip your favorite beverage in the screened-in porch overlooking beautiful Lake Tenkiller. Enjoy making memories with 18 of your favorite people! The main house boasts very large common areas along with a custom dining room table that seats 16! The spacious kitchen is well equipped with double ovens and all the appliances needed for those home cooked meals. The property is located within a mile of a full-service marina, beach and restaurant/bar! However, there is so much to do on the property, you won't want to leave!

This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for the entire family. Enough room to spend time with family and cook meals but also leave to get some rest. Opa's 92nd Birthday Celebration and Family Retreat

GREAT place!! WONDERFUL host!! So well stocked!! And what an incredible view of the lake!! Couldn't have been happier!! Many thanks to Melissa for providing an early check-in and check-out! I highly recommend this property for a retreat with family or friends! Plenty of space in the great room, dining room and patio for fun gatherings. The only thing disappointing was no hot tub. It would be a GREAT addition to this fantastic property as it was too cool to enjoy the pool.

We bought this property to host our family and friends in a beautiful, peaceful location. And when we can't use it, we want others to rent and enjoy it with their family and friends! It is best suited for families and small group getaways. It is a quiet neighborhood setting, so if you're looking for a loud party, it's not for you.

Why they chose this property

This property hosts large family groups with panoramic views of Lake Tenkiller. There's a main house, pool house and incredible treehouse for living, sleeping and fun. The fabulous private pool, screened-in porch, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, views, etc. make this the perfect getaway. Only 1:15 drive from Tulsa and Ft Smith.
