PHIL202 - Quaint Ranch set in the desirable "south end" of Point Pleasant Beach, located about 2 blocks from Bradshaws Beach, has a full driveway and garage, immaculate and new interior - makes for a great 2 bedroom alternative as a great deal. Will consider pets! Outdoor furniture, grill, central air, washer/dryer & more. A really great value here!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Found the house to be comfortable and close to everything. The garage set up as a living space was a plus because the house was small. Had husband and grand children. TV in living room worked and the bedroom TV worked first day. I reported to Shore Points Vacations but nothing was done. My husband and grand children watch totatly different shows so this was difficult. Also people before us did not rinse off there dishes before loading in dishwasher. I had to wash all over again. Nice thing was washer and dryer.
