Million Dollar Beach House. The perfect vacation destination; this lake front house is located two blocks from the beach and Jenkinson's Pavilion/Bar. An ideal spot for you to rest, relax, recharge, and enjoy a vacation. This house has a large kitchen equipped with Viking Professional appliances. This house is very spacious, perfect for entertaining guests. It features completely remodeled four (4) bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There are four (4) king sized beds, one (1) queen sized bed, & three (3) sofas. All furniture both inside and out is brand new. The second floor features a HUGE sundeck which overlooks beautiful Lake Louise, with a view of fireworks on Thursdays during the summer. The sundeck is equipped with 4 chaise loungers. There is a 5 burner grill and convenient outdoor shower with a double sink on the first level. This lake front property also comes with a shared dock and parking for two cars in the driveway. Four beach badges will be provided for your use for the duration of your stay. Create incredible memories that will last a lifetime in this special home. Central A/C and Heat system. Brand new seven (7) person hot tub just added.

Awesome location and beautiful lake views

Location was ideal for walking to the boardwalk and restaurants, and the views of the lake from the house were even nicer than the listing pics. Would love to return next year!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is walking distance to all the action (boardwalk and town) but it is located on a quiet lovely neighborhood street. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He answered all questions right away. The house is very clean and modern and the backyard looks onto a beautiful lake. We would definitely rent there again!

Great location

Second time visiting this property. The location is lake front and within 2 blocks of Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk. We had a fantastic weekend and enjoy the spaciousness of this home.

1st vacation with our dog!

The house was perfect for my family and our dog's first vacation. Communication with the owner Max and Angela was wonderful, a nice personalized feeling for our stay. The house was clean and super convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved the dock and hot tube too. Would definitely book for another vacation!

Great spot near everything!

House was very spacious. Nice yard and outside seating. Lake views a treat. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, town, shops and restaurants. Had a great time. Owner and rental manager very accommodating.

Well stocked and nice view

Longer walk to beach than “2 blocks” but great backyard into lovely lake. Upon arrival the floors were not clean. Kitchen had everything and more. Everyone pretty much used hall bath upstairs. Beware: if using your own bedding, they’re all King size except the one tiny room with its own tiny bathroom. Overall, nice house and location!

Great Place - Great Location

We had a wonderful weekend in a wonderful house. Everything was just as advertised and the communication with the owner and property manager was outstanding. We enjoyed the hot tub and really enjoyed the kitchen and the cozy room next to it. There was also great sleeping arrangements for all us.

Family vacation 2024

Our family enjoyed the vacation in Point Pleasant Beach NJ. The home was wonderful,clean and had everything we need for our family of 9. Our children said this the best vacation ever. Walking dist to the board walk, beach passes and parking passes included. We will 100 percent book the home again in the future.

Wonderful Week With Family

We loved this house! So much space, upgrades, and excellent location on the lake and only 2 blocks to the wonderful Point Pleasant Beach! We had a very stress free family reunion and everyone was relaxed and happy! Bring some blow up rafts for the lake! The kitchen was great and we cooked every night which was a blessing with such a large group. Our favorite time of the day was gathering on the pier on the lake at night after visiting the boardwalk.

Perfection in Point Pleasant

I grew up in Point Pleasant and went looking for a space to spend the Holidays with my family and found the most PERFECT HOME!!! Not only was the home clean, spacious, with all the comforts of a perfect beach home, the owner and manager were available to discuss and answer any questions we had before, during, and after our stay. THE LAYOUT!!! Home has beautifully spacious bedrooms with storage space for your personal items. The shower was delightful with awesome water pressure and excellent temperature range! Kitchen has all the space needed with a built-in pantry, which is located just off the large dining table and looks over into the living room and back tv room. THE VIEW!!!! The water views were such a pretty spot to see sunrises and sunsets from the back balcony! We also enjoyed the resident swans that come to visit. Location!!! Home is close to all the downtown restaurants, inlet, boardwalk, and beach without being immersed in the crowds. Would've given the home and experience 10 stars if I could've! Thanks again! Kaitlyn

Glorious location

The house is situated in a fabulous location. You can walk to the beach ,a bit longer walk to shopping and restaurants . The view out back is the water of Lake Louise. The sound of the gulls and watching the ducks and swans were terrific. Okay, now this part. I imagine it's because the house is for sale that some things have slipped by the wayside. It has the minimum amount of furniture. The downstairs bathroom had problems with the toilet running and then not flushing. The smaller upstairs bathroom had a situation where the light and the fan didn't work. When walking up the front steps I almost felt like i was going to fall through one of the steps. If you pull out the top and bottom rack of the dishwasher it felt like it was going to fall out as it wasn't connected to the counter. The kitchen sink had trouble draining. I'm not trying to make it sound awful because I so enjoyed most of the wonderful parts. I just need to be honest. Oh, and btw, Parking can be a bear.

Great house and location!

This house was fantastic for our 2 week trip to the shore. My husband and I and our teen daughters stayed the whole time and were joined by our older daughter, her boyfriend and 5 year old...plus our dogs. The house fit us all very well and accommodations were as advertised. Location was fantastic. 8 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk into the main drag of shops and restaurants on Arnold. Max was easy to connect with and super responsive, as was the in-town property manager, Angela. If we come back to PPB, would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable

Spacious first floor kitchen and living areas. Beautiful yard with view of the Lake. Only downside was configuration of the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms; second bathroom was attached to one of the bedrooms (not the master) so it made sharing more difficult. Very easy check in and check out.

Shore Getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and our friends family of 3. The owner Max was very accommodating and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The house is located on a lake and the kids loved feeding the swans that came to visit. There was a hot tub which was nice and relaxing. It’s only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We will definitely be back next year! It was the perfect shore getaway.

Beautiful house with an amazing view!

We had a fantastic time in Pt. Pleasant at Max's house. He and his property manager were responsive and helpful, both before and during our visit. The space itself worked very well for us (two couples with young children) and would have been comfortable with even more guests. The view of the lake is spectacular and the beach is a short walk away.

Great house on the lake

We were a group of 12 and this was a perfect house for us. Max and Angela were very responsive to our needs and the house was perfect. We had several kids (2 to 13) and all enjoyed every aspect of the home. Will be sure to stay again!

This is the perfect site to relax and unwind with the amazing water front views of Lake Louise. We purchased this house because of it's peaceful, quiet location. However, shops and restaurants are conveniently located close by. The house is located two blocks from the beach and Jenkinson's Pavilion/Bar. Point Pleasant Beach offers the best of both worlds. The chance to relax and unwind and the opportunity to experience great dining, shopping, and other attractions. This house is very spacious, perfect for entertaining guests. It features completely remodeled four (4) bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There are four (4) king size beds, one (1) queen sized bed, & three (3) sofas.
