The completely renovated 2-room. The apartment is in a well-kept and already largely renovated apartment building built in 1961. You can easily reach the apartment via the new lift. The shaped hallway takes you to all the rooms in the apartment, the kitchen and the bathroom. The living room faces the south facing courtyard. The bedroom faces north and is therefore turned away from the main road. The kitchen is spacious and offers space for a dining table. The interior bathroom has a large washbasin, a large floor-level shower with real glass partition and heated towel rail. In addition, a storage room offers more space.

The apartment has just been completely renovated. The floors have been renewed or sanded down. The bathroom has been completely renovated and the electrics are new.
