We were in town for a race weekend at NJMSPark. The house is 6 minutes from the track. Everything is as advertised. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will be back again.

Customer book the house for three guest . I explain to the customer before he arrive that he only booked the house for 3 . So no more than 3 can be at the house . Customer brought seven people with them. … Customer also smoked in the house, customer also had loud music when I asked him not to have loud music, outside, ring, camera outside surveillance camera, cought footage of everything. Please book accordingly. House is poop per person per night. Just because he sleeps six does it mean you can sleep six if you only booking for two

The stay was pretty good. The decor was fantastic. There were a few things that was a cause for concern 1 the water smelled odd so i just figured it was because its well water 2 while the place seemed well cleaned im assuming not many people book it cause there was quite some dust setteled on some of the appliances 3 there were limited kitchenware so if you wanted to make something beyond basic recipes its best to bring your own 4 some of the things listed washard to find like the cups plates and bowls and the living room tv which i found after searching for a while. Overall the experience was nice. I was really surprised that there was a kitchen aid mixer since i ould bring mine fro home. The beds were very comfortable. The shower took a monitr to figure out as well

Great location for track but...

It appears that the owner has recently renovated and there some new furnishings. The beds were pretty hard. The kitchen was missing some basic materials (or we were not able to find them) like cups, grill and trash bags. It would be a nice touch to give guests free coffee or add in the advertisement information on what to bring. The water was hard, and smelled like metal, we decided it was not safe to drink. All said, not enough to deter us from going again given proximity to NJMP. We will bring some more homegoods with us next time.

NOT a house on the lake

The 'house on the lake' description is completely misleading. There is no lake insight anywhere. Maybe somewhere behind another house, but we never saw any. Also the house smelled of pot. Not terribly but noticibly. And the internet did not work the first 24 hours until the owner came and reset it. And there were no drinking glasses. I don't quite remember the details, but there were certainly not enough dishes and silverware etc. to cook a dinner and eat. Not impressed.

Nowhere in the description does it says the house is on the lake this is the house by the lake. Some people need to learn how to read. So the ad is not miss leading you just can’t read. Says by the lake not on it or in it …. There’s seven plates cups dishes not my fault you could not find out either must be blind took this one last minute because they got kicked out of their last Airbnb. I wonder why . Left my place a mess didn’t follow house rules I wouldn’t rent to them again.

Jetson house

Loved all of the technology in the home. TV rises out of the wall, led's all around. Lots of cool surprises. Area is a dead zone though so make sure you can get the wifi password ahead of time. Owner was very gracious and always available. We will be back.
