With Black Canyon Trail only a mile away, hikers and outdoor enthusiasts should enjoy this small guest home in the hills of Black Canyon City. This retreat is far enough away to avoid the noise and bustling of the big city of Phoenix. However, with freeway (I-17) access only minutes away, it provides an easy commute to Phoenix, Sedona, Prescott, Jerome, Crown King, or Lake Pleasant. I work from home, so I am on the property most of the time. My retired mom and her dog Ava also live in the main home with me most of the year. We come and go to various local family members' homes, so please feel free to message with any questions or concerns.
