This new top renovated, bright, cozy 3 - room apartment (85 sqm) with balcony is located on the 2nd floor. First floor in a quiet and natural residential area in Freiburg-Ebnet. You have good transport links to the city center, to the train station or to the fair and shopping facilities are around the corner. The apartment (2 bedrooms and living room, separate kitchen) is equipped with a double bed (180X200), a bed to take off (for another 2 people), wardrobe, TV, music system, Blu-ray, dresser and etc. In the kitchen you have all the necessary utensils, such. b.Coffee maker, microwave, etc. The bathroom has a washing machine and clothes dryer. Children up to 3 years in parents bed free. A travel cot is provided if required.

Die Wohnung ist groß und es war alles da, was wir brauchten, allerdings schon relativ verwohnt (Sofa vergilbt, Gardinenstange aus der Wand, Schlafsofaüberwurf wirkte sehr ekelig, es gab keine Rauchmelder und die Wände könnten definitiv einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen).Als Vier Sternestandard empfinde ich das nicht mehr. Aber wir waren nur für 2 Nächte dort und es war okay. Betten waren gut.

Die Wohnung selber ist sehr gut. Mängel gibt es bei Fewo die keine direkten Kontaktdaten zum Mieter
