The apartment on the ground floor (80 sqm) is accessible via a separate entrance. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and another with two single beds. The slats in the beds are adjustable at the top and bottom. Both bedrooms and the living room have a flat-screen TV with cable connection. In the large living room (about 27 sqm) is next to a sitting area with six seats still a separate dining area with four seats furnished. The separate kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen and also has four seats. In addition to the usual inventory and equipment in a fitted kitchen are of course also a toaster and egg cooker available.
