This well maintained 65 square meter 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor facing south and offers enough space for 2-5 persons for a relaxing stay. In the modern equipped living room you will find a cozy sitting area with sleeping function (lying area 115x200) and the dining area. The kitchen, which is also integrated in the living area, is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave etc. The adjoining the living room terrace promises plenty of sun and invites you to share meals, to read and relax. The two bedrooms each have a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and enough closet space. In the inner bathroom you will find bathtub, shower, double vanity and toilet. In addition, a guest toilet is available. A car parking space, which requires a little driving skills, is located in the underground car park and is assigned to the apartment. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. Away from the hustle and bustle, just behind the promenade lies the new villa Estrelia. A short walk takes you to the city center and the well-known historic Ahlbeck pier. Cozy restaurants and cafés and the flair of Ahlbeck welcome you. The new villa Estrelia was newly built in 2010 and offers you with comfort with underground parking and elevator. All apartments have a balcony or terrace. Bicycle storage is located in the underground car park, an additional bike rack is located next to the front door. Washer and dryer are in the basement to the general. Usage available (for a fee - coin counter).   Wi-Fi is available for free at Villa Estrelia.
