About this property

At the gates of Hamburg in the old country

Our apartment is spacious and contains everything you are used to from home. The equipment is very high quality with washing machine, 50 'TV, DVD, stereo, Win-PC and WiFi connection. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Tassimo machine and a side by side refrigerator. Also belongs to the apartment, together with our appt. No. 6, a loggia. Our house is located in the center of the municipality of Mittelkirchen. On the opposite side of the road is the river Lühe, which flows into the Elbe after about 4 km. In the immediate vicinity of our house you will find a small EDEKA market and a restaurant with a sun terrace right on the Lühe. To reach everything within a radius of approx. 50 m. The following transport connections are available: bus to Stade, Buxtehude, Jork, Steinkirchen approx. 50 m away; Autobahn A26 approx. 4 km, S-Bahn connection towards Hamburg - Cuxhaven approx. 5 km; Ferry connection Lühe - Schulau 4 km.

The apartment house has a large garden with several terraces that can be used by the holiday guests of the apartments. Sun loungers, garden chairs and tables are sufficiently available. There are also several gas and charcoal grills available to our guests for a BBQ.

Das Alte Land ist eine Reise wert

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Dank des guten Wetters,etwas kühl, konnten wir einiges unternehmen: mit dem Auto,dem Rad,zu Fuß. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche zusammen.

Schöne, große Fewo auf dem Land

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Auffenthalt in dieser schönen, großen, wirklich komfortabel eingerichteten Fewo. Viel Platz auch für eine große Familie. Das Internet war nicht immer stabil, aber das war uns nicht ganz so wichtig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und konnten uns gut erholen. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Tolles Fussball-Wochende

Wir sind mit der kompletten Familie zu einem verlängerten Fussball Wochenende nach Hamburg gereist. Die Unterkunft war für uns (6 Personen und ein Säugling) geradezu ideal. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig und hell. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge haben wir. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut (das lässt sich aber dadurch regeln, dass wir nachts die Küchentür geschlossen haben) - die Trennung von Bad und Toilette wäre wünschenswert. Das wurde bei uns das ein oder andere Mal „eng“.

Sehr cool Unterkunft

Wir sind mit insgesamt vier Personen über 4 Tage und 3 Nächte nach Hamburg gefahren und haben bewusst ein Domizil etwas außerhalb von Hamburg, nämlich im wunderschönen Alten Land ausgesucht. Die Unterkunft war sehr großzügig und perfekt eingerichtet. Alles notwendige war vor Ort. Die Gastgeber hatten noch Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung gestellt um sich besser in der Gegend orientieren zu können. Ein Lebensmittelladen und eine Bäcker waren im Nachbarort gut zu erreichen. Nach Hamburg kommt man in die Innenstadt über die Landungsbrücken Finkenwerder. Die Autofahrt dort hin beträgt ca. 20 Minuten. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Weniger ist oft mehr

Wir verbrachten einen Kurzurlaub mit 5 Personen im Blütenzauber Nr. 5. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht soweit den Bildern im Inserat. Leider lässt die Qualität der Matratzen und Lattenroste sehr zu wünschen übrig. Durch den enormen Verkehrslärm, der fast die ganze Nacht anhält, ist an erholsamen Schlaf nicht wirklich zu denken. Das Haus liegt an der Ortsdurchfahrt, die eher einer Bundesstraße gleicht. Die Küche machte einen abgenutzten Eindruck und lud nicht wirklich zum Kochen ein. Zum Essen bevorzugten wir den Tisch im Wohnzimmer. In der Küche fehlten Brötchenmesser für die Anzahl der Personen, sodaß man zwischendurch spülen musste. Zudem befanden sich Lebensmittelreste und geöffnete Packungen mit Kakao und dergleichen in den Küchenschränken. Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die Gäste brauchen, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Zuviel Technik, die nicht wirklich funktioniert, ist nicht nötig. Im Inserat fehlt ein Bild der Aussenansicht. Die Lage zu Hamburg, Stade und Buxtehude ist günstig. Wir nutzten keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Städte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und Parkhäuser und kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten findet man dort.
