In the district of Benimeit 5 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 3.5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (5 x 17 m, depth 90 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Miramar", 3-room bungalow 75 m2. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Renovated in 2018: large living/dining room with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Excelente terraza con vistas

En general bien. El calentador de agua no funcionaba demasiado bien y goteaba, haciendo ruido por la noche. El toldo de la terraza era demasiado sensible al viento y se recogía enseguida, con lo que no tuvimos demasiada sombra. No había internet y la cobertura era muy mala.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht, da ein Hauptargument die vorhandene Klimaanlage und die optisch sehr schöne Poolanlage war. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat über den gesamten Reisezeitraum nicht funktioniert und wurde auch in dieser Zeit nicht repariert. Deshalb haben wir die Matratzen ins Wohnzimmer transportiert und haben dort genächtigt, da dort die Klimaanlage funktioniert hat. Bei der Poolanlage war über den ganzen Zeitraum keine Liege vorhanden. Wir haben uns Liegen für € 80,00 ge.

Wir bedanken uns für das Feedback. Die Klimaanlage wurde inzwischen in Ordnung gebracht. Die Liegestühle mussten damals leider aufgrund von COVID Restriktionen entfernt werden.

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement, superbe vue, secteur calme Confortable, équipement au top ! Grande piscine collective à 50m. Stationnement un peu compliqué devant l'appartement l'allée étant très étroite (si grand véhicule)
