The well-equipped, detached holiday home with air conditioning, central heating and private pool is located on a 1000m2 large, enclosed property with beautiful sea views. The property, which is closed by an electrically operated roller door, can accommodate several cars. A garage is also available.
The well-kept, terraced garden is covered with many Mediterranean plants. On the large covered terrace there is a cozy barbecue place. The terrace can be completely closed by folding glass elements. The pool area is located in the lower part of the garden. Right by the pool there is a large sun terrace with outdoor shower and garden chairs.
All rooms are at ground level. Large living-dining room with open fireplace. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, electric oven, microwave, washing machine. 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms, large flat screen TV, stereo with CD player in the living room, flat screen TV in one bedroom, free Wi-Fi.

Moraira

Nice location with a 30 minute walk to the centre. Villa was fully equipped with a beautiful view of the sea. A little tired inside and out. Tv was not used as only German was available. Comms with manager was very good. He was very approachable and assisted us the best he good thank you.

Very nice house in an excellent area!This house is very well equipped and you can tell that the host is organized and also stays in the house. Well kept, clean and comfortable beds.The area is quiet and a short walking distance to grocery stores and some of the best restaurants in Moraira, but you definitively need a car to get the best experience. The closest neighboring gardens are somewhat untamed, but the house itself has a beautiful garden and stunning sea view.The air-conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning for 10 out of our 14 day visit and the host did not offer any compensation for this. Of course things can break and they did what they could to fix it, but some form of compensation would have been in order I think. Hence 4/5 stars and not 5/5.Can highly recommend the house!

Cela fait 3 années consécutives que nous louons ce bien et ne nous en lassons pas.Depuis la magnifique terrasse, nous jouissons d’une magnifique vue sur la mer, le jardin proprement garnis de plantes méditerranéennes sans oublier bien entendu la piscine privée.La villa dispose de toute les commodités espérées et d’une grande propreté. La cuisine est très bien équipée aussi bien en articles ménagers qu'en vaisselles. Un garage pour la voiture est aussi à disposition dans la propriété. Des commerces tels que supermarché, restaurants et autres, se trouvent à /- 300 mètres de la villa.Bref cette villa est un rêve.

Sehr schön gelegenes Objekt. Alles zum Leben notwendige vorhanden. Leider fehlt im 3. Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Kurze Wege zum Einkauf .Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe, fußläufig zu erreichen.Badestrand in Moraira mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Badestrand in Calpe benötigt man mit dem PKW ca. 20 Minuten

Magnifique séjour à Moraira

Villa très agréable à proximité de plusieurs supermarchés, restaurant et autres commerces. Cuisine ultra complète il n'y manque rien, jolie terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer ainsi qu'une agréable piscine Bref nous y avons passé de magnifique vacances. Petit bémol: impossible de se faire comprendre correctement avec la personne chargée de nous accueillir.

Très bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines dans la villa. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La villa est correctement équipée et la vue est vraiment sympa entre la piscine en contre bas de la villa et la mer au loin La piscine est bien appréciable pour se rafraichir . Moraira est à 5 mn à peine en voiture. Compter environ 50 euros en plus pour l'électricité pour 2 semaines (On a utilisé la clim uniquement le soir et 2 fois une machine à laver ).

La maison est très bien entretenue, le descriptif est en adéquation avec les lieux. La ville est à 20 minutes à pieds de la maison. Les hôtes sont très réactifs, merci à eux. Idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis

Nice time in nice location with fantastic seaview

Claudia is a somewhat small but nicely located house with a wonderful seaview. I guess that it will satisfy guests most in summertime when outside temperatures are high and the windows in the porch can remain open all day. When these windows have to be closed because temperatures are low, the remaining space is modest while the living room has only limited possibilities for comfortable seating.
