White Pristine Beaches are Waiting For You! Oceanside Complex!

The beaches in Seacrest are as beautiful as ever. Everything is fabulous! Come enjoy the huge lagoon pool with waterfalls, the tennis and 4 brand new pickle ball courts, the wonderful shopping and restaurants, and all the other amenities that this beautiful area has to offer!

High Pointe is a beautiful gated community on the ocean side of Florida Highway 30A. We are unit 222 and are located on the second floor of building 2, which is directly in front of you as you drive through our gates. Our two bedroom unit overlooks the wonderful huge tropical lagoon pool, complete with waterfalls and spacious poolside area. There is a kiddie pool and hot tub next to the pool, brand new tennis court and FOUR brand new pickle ball courts on site, a kids playground, and even a shuffleboard court. Bike rentals are available on site! High Pointe is also the home of Crabby Steve's, a bar and grill that overlooks the beach and ocean - the perfect place for lunch or a cold beverage of your choice after a day on the beach. Best place to watch the sunset in the area! Crabby Steve's is open March 1 - October 31.

Our unit has two bedrooms with a king bed in the master and two full size beds in the guest bedroom. The unit also has two full newly remodeled bathrooms, 52 inch flat screen tv and DVD player in the living room, flat screen televisions in both bedrooms, DVD in the second bedroom for the kids, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was also just remodeled with new cabinets and countertops! High speed wireless internet is provided as well as free parking. The balcony provides great views of the pool and you can see the ocean while you sip your morning coffee and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Our rentals also include (at no extra charge) one beach set up per day - two chairs/one umbrella/small table provided by the onsite beach service! (March 1 - October 31).

High Pointe sits right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach - you can walk to the shops and restaurants, rent bicycles on site, enjoy an arts and crafts show, or even live music! Across the street is the Village of South Walton with several great restaurants, other shops, and even ice cream. No need to even get into your car.

There are numerous golf courses in the area, deep sea fishing, and many other activities nearby. The popular Pier Park area in Panama City Beach is just a short drive east.

Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival receive refund if property is rebooked. Refund is amount rebooked for minus $100 cancellation fee.

Great location!

We would definitely stay here again. The property was fantastic with a nice pool, easy access to the beach and crabby steve's on site for drinks/food. Great walkability to shops and restaurants! Beds were also very comfortable.

Great beach vacation

The Rosemary Beach area is a great family vacation spot. Very clean, great shops and restaurants, sidewalks for easy walking access to all, nightly live music in a public space, and more. It has a community feel v. touristy (though it is all vacationers) - no neon signs, water parks, etc. (but they are just down the highway if you want them). The property was great with a nice pool, Crabby Steve's for a quick meal or drink, and, of course, easy access to a private beach. Was a great vacation!

Great location, within short walking distance of everything in Rosemary. The beach at the property was not as crowded as neighboring properties, which was nice. The large pool was great too for days when the ocean was rough.This condo was perfect for our family!

A snowbird’s paradise

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with essential pans, cooking utensils, etc.. The owner was wonderful to work with and was accommodating in every way. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.

The condo and property were beautiful. Ocean currents kept us out of water, but the beautiful and spacious pool kept us playing in the sunshine! Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful! I would definitely go again!

Perfect location

Great spring break stay w my two boys (4 & 6) and husband. Can’t beat the beach access. The condo was better than the pictures posted - I think the primary bath has been updated since. Just wish the pool was heated and that the tennis courts weren’t under construction.

This is a great condo for a family vacation. Perfect location - I think this is the best location on 30a! Access to amazing pool, beach access, on-site bar and grill, pickleball courts, bike rentals all without leaving property. Just across the street is Peddlers Pavilion with live music, food, drinks, ice cream and shopping. It’s a short walk to many restaurants, shops etc. Great Condo - Nicely updated, great balcony, very clean, no cumbersome checkout procedures, comes with umbrella/chairs set up on the beach (can’t say that for all rentals most are an extra charge).Great Host - Communication was great, provided an email a few days before arrival that will answer just about all the questions you have on your head. Responded promptly to any emails or texts. We’ll be back!

Why they chose this property

We previously owned property in the area and had been visiting the area for many years. When High Pointe was being constructed, we decided that this was the place we wanted to own and where we wanted to spend our vacations. We are the original owners of our unit and have owned it since 1997. We could not be more satisfied with the condo, the property, and the area.

What makes this property unique

High Pointe has one of the largest private beaches in the area to make for the best experience. High Pointe is also home to Crabby Steve's, the only beachfront bar and restaurant in the area. In addition, High Pointe has recently added 4 pickle ball courts, one of the very few properties in the area to have this amenity.
