Steps from your door is the intercostal water way where you could possible spot dolphins, while enjoying a beverage on the community deck. Take a dip in the pool that overlooks the water or grill up some lunch on the many grills provided. If you want some sand between your toes, take a short stroll across the bridge to Treasure Island's famous Sunset beach. Get an umbrella drink, grab a bucket and stroll for shells. If your needing some quiet time out of the sun there are so many options. Relax in your one-bedroom cozy bungalow with some soft music, or stream your favorite tv show. Great SPB Getaway

This is a perfect location in a residential area of SPB so not too crowded with commercial traffic/noise, yet close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and the BEACH! Loved the waterfront pool and the quiet complex. Host was super friendly and helpful with suggestions for our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy get-a-way!

Cozy but loved the decor. Kitchen could of had more baking pans, hand mixer would be nice. Personally would have preferred a traditional coffee pot. Owner , Mary was very accommodating , got right back with us if we had any issues. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great place! Great location! Great people!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of months during the final construction of our new home. The condo owner, Mary Ann, began communicating with us directly from the moment we registered. The day we moved in she met us at the condo for a tour of the complex and provided detailed information of all we needed to know. The condo was fully equipped with all the essentials plus some extras, including welcome gifts for both my husband and myself. We found the location ideal; it’s close to the beaches, an abundance of restaurants (many offering live music), etc. The views from the dock are beautiful and relaxing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Mary Ann was always easy to reach and responsive. The condo above us experienced a water issue that resulted in a minor leak into our condo. Mary Ann and her husband were there within minutes and worked diligently with maintenance to correct the issue in a short period of time. She called later to check on us and confirm the problem was resolved. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and have so many great memories of our time there. I’m certain you will also!
