BRAND NEW MARBLE TILE BATHROOM AND BRAND NEW KITCHEN -NEW WHITE CABINETS AND ALL NEW APPLIANCES :Direct beach front spacious studio condo with a comfortable Queen size Murphy bed and a brand new sofa sleeper queen bed with memory foam and brand new recliner. There is a balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and and a heated in ground swimming pool. This is a two story building with this condo being on the 2nd floor. We are just a few steps to paradise grill and walking distance to many fantastic beach restaurants and bars. There are beach volleyball just a few second walk from the condo. This condo has the perfect location to enjoy all that St Pete Beach has to offer beach,pool,volleyball , shuffle board, restaurants ,bars,shopping and much more.

Beach heaven

It is in the middle of repairs from storms but still offers everything you could ever want. This unit is perfect for parents with 2 kids or one couple. Pool and beach view were awesome.

Great place!

Did not have cable, no TV service. Otherwise Everything was great, 1 block from beach, full kitchen to cook meals. Only had to move car 2xs in a week. Would definitely stay again!! I have traveled alot, this is one of the best!

Of Course they’re rebuilding bottom floor…

We knew to expect small, as an efficiency apartment… but the space worked well fo the 2 of us. View view View!!!! Very very special! Problem was the bed… I tried to give it many chances over the 8 nights we stayed… but the Murphy bed gave out backache s…. I thought it was a good value , other than the bed.

Weekend visit with our daughter

We stayed in this lovely condo to visit our daughter who attends Eckard University. It was spacious and comfortable for us to make dinner for her and a couple of friends. The location is perfect! Right across from the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you want to visit downtown St. Petersburg it's a short drive where there is plenty to do. Rick was quick with replies when we had questions and the neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend this property for a great stay on the beach.

Florida Vacation

Great location. Nice property but needs some TLC. Bathroom door needs replaced utility closet needs improvement. Cable did not work for first two days cable company had to come out. Great pool and view.

The actual employee checking us in was rude/lazy, property was very conveniently located but not very clean. Wi-Fi didn’t work and TRS/gulf winds staff weren’t very helpful. Overall it was fair, would recommend if you didn’t plan on spending a lot of time in the room!

Perfect for my Wife and I

If you are going to St Pete Beach to stream videos all day or to play video games, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a spot basically on the beach, overlooking the pool with a view of the sunset from your balcony, then this is the place for you. We arrived on Monday and checked out on Friday. During this time, we moved our car 0 times. We did come prepared with groceries, but everything you need is within walking distance. Make sure to check out Willy's, next to the Toasted Monkey. The burger is phenominal!

My stay here was alright. You do not deal with the host directly; you deal with the managing group. They were great. This listing showed an 11am check out, the management group said you had to leave at 10am. That was disappointing. The place wasn't clean enough for me. I feel like they just swept the floors, changed bedding and that's it. The mattress was a spring mattress and not very comfortable. One pillow had blood stains on it; however, I did find a clean one next to it in a drawer. This place is NOT on the beach. You walk through a parking lot and two streets and then you are on the beach.

Excellent location! Lovely pool!

We enjoyed our stay - the property was accurately described. Quick steps to Upham Beach and the beach grill for a drink and food. Pool was great! Cute balcony to have morning coffee and late evening fresh air.
