MID TOWN OC SLEEPS 9~The Perfect Beach Getaway for you and your family. The Adagio is located ocean side, just steps from the beach, in convenient midtown Ocean City MD. The well maintained & well equipped unit features 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view from the private balcony. The Adagio is close to & in walking distance to many of Ocean City's favorite restaurants & night life. Also , conveniently located just North of the Convention Center. The building also features a beautiful indoor pool complete with hot tub for the adults. Perfect for those rainy days. 2 parking spaces included, plus plenty of additional parking all around. The building also includes an elevator.
Come enjoy your beach vacation here, you wont be disappointed! ALL RENTERS MUST BE 30 & OVER unless children, accompanied by parents/grandparents. NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS. Please don’t waste your/our time by asking. Pets are NOT permitted, HOA rules, we cannot make exceptions.

Linens are not provided. Household products are not provided, including paper products, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

Melissa and Doug’s Adagio condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for six and more. Most of the beds were very nice and the location couldn’t be beat!

Oceans Calling weekend

This condo was absolutely perfect. We stayed for the Oceans Calling festival weekend. Sitting out on the balcony was great, with a nice view of the ocean. The condo was very spacious for 8 of us, with 3 full bathrooms and a nice, big kitchen that had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

So.. It was just ok for us. Not all bad, but w/the amount I paid, I expected better. I am going to list off some constructive criticisms that I hope helps both the owners and future visitors. #1 We could not figure out the lock. The owner unlocked it from their phone. We literally just left it unlocked the whole week. Did not want to deal with getting locked out or having to contact owners over and over to let us in. #2 at first glance the condo looks clean, but after a day or 2 noticed it really wasn’t. It was more surface clean than deep clean. #3 The pots and pans need an upgrade. The teflon is coming off. I will point out it had plenty of dishes even a stock pot and crock pot. Very thankful for those! It was just the frying pans. #4 The fold out couch bed needs an upgrade desperately. When I booked a place that advertised it would sleep 13, I banked on that. We had 10 people. The mattress in the fold out couch is horrid. You can feel the springs and it sinks in the middle. I am not exaggerating. No good sleep on that. Of course would not expect it to sleep as a California King, but it needs to be better than what’s there. Over all I would stay there again for sure if all the above mentioned was dealt with. The place was quiet with easy access to the beach. Good place for a family. Good Luck and Best wishes!

Interesting review from a group of SENIOR WEEK DISRESPECTFUL KIDS WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. You are NOT WELCOME BACK. I truly wish I could post the message & pictures from my cleaners. You left our property absolutely filthy. Thankfully we have AMAZING cleaners who do a thorough job each and every time. As far as constructive criticism, no thanks. Also, at no point does our listing say it sleeps 13 people. Yes, it is perfect for families. There are clear pictures of all of the sleeping arrangements. And yes, of course a pullout sofa is not going to be as comfortable as a regular bed. So frustrating to have people so disrespectful rent your property & then give you a bad review. You were not charged enough for the condition you left our property in

Always a great space

We love to book this condo when we go to OC. It is steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The condo has a lot of space with a nice balcony to sit and look at the ocean. You may need to drive to the Boardwalk if that is your interest but we tend to only go once during a trip, so it isn’t important to us. All in all very relaxing!

We came here for the "Oceans Calling" festival. First time in Ocean City. Beautiful condo, very clean, great view to the ocean. Nice having 3 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms. The balcony was a great spot to relax. The hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely come back!
