San Diego Chill House

Great place to stay. Very clean and the area location was ideal. Easy access to stores and restaurants nearby. Plan to stay here next time when I am in San Diego.

Hot tub and some putting

As described with a well stocked spice cabinet for cooking. Hot tub and putting green are in great shape. I will stay again.

Lives up to its name!

This spot is truly chill. Plenty of activities for all guests and plenty of backyard space for chillin’. The jacuzzi was very relaxing and definitely my highlight of the spot. The host Billy was very friendly and prompt in all his communication with us. Thank you so much again Billy for creating such a chill spot for the community. You rock!

Definitely a Chill place to stay

Please add that the owner lives in the back yard . Hei s very cool and respectful. It's just that some of our guests did like someone walking through the yard while we were enjoying ourselves.. I didn't get a chance to warn them and it's not in the description.. other than that everything was Great.. thanks Billy

It 100% is listed in the description and when I sent check-in information 6 hours before check in, it says that I live on the property with my wife. I walked through the yard once when you had your guests over and said hello, and was on my way moments after. Apologies that your friends were surprised, but my messaging and description is pretty clear and I am surprised that you did not warn them. I don't see how that validates 4 stars considering you guys said everything was perfect when I saw you in person. Oh well. Thanks for staying.

Quality Stay!

Billy was a very accommodating host! He was responsive when helping plan a party and catered to our special accommodations. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom was well suited for 20 people. The backyard was our favorite part! Along with the jacuzzi, ping pong table, putting green, and darts, we were able to have a jumpy house in the backyard. They offered their tiny house for more room and was quick to respond when one of our guests left something behind. Thanks for helping us celebrate, Billy! Would definitely recommend!
