**WEEKLY STAYS ARE DISCOUNTED ** Unbeatable views! 10th floor ocean front condo at Caravelle Resort w/ room to sleep 4. Features a full kitchen. Wake up to the sunrise in your king sized bed or queen sleeper sofa. The balcony has direct ocean views that allow you to watch the surfers, boats & dolphins while sipping your morning coffee. We have indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy river, baby pool & large kids splash pad. Plenty of restaurants, gift shops and grocery close by. On site laundry available for a fee. Park free
The space
The kitchen spacious and a rare find for an efficiency condo. Full sized appliances, and seating for two at the bar in addition there is also a dining table that will seat up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you would need to cook a meal.
The living space features a king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa with views of the ocean. There's a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is a pack n play in the unit for use.
The balcony is right off the living area with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean!

The on-site bar and restaurant and gift shop are available to use (these businessess are privately owned and business hours are subject to change). The on-site bar and restaurant do require a credit card or debit card to be used for purchases. There's also a beach front bar/grill in front of St Clements, which shares a parking lot with Caravelle. It's just to the left when you go outside towards the beach.
We provide a cooler, and with the full sized fridge, you can pack your own beach meals and drinks too!
This resort is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the unit, balcony or common areas per HOA guidelines.

Greg was a great host. If we had any questions he was quick to respond. The room was really nice. Greg even provided a beach umbrella, chairs and other beach toys. I would recommend staying here for a vacation or a week end getaway!

Excellent stay in cute place with amazing beach

This was a great stay. A small studio apartment with everything one needs and a king size bed. We cocked most of our meals and everything was there for that. Lots of beach stuff in the apartment. The pools looked like fun. The beach is great. The laundry room downstairs is available and ok (a small load is 2 and the dryer 2 as well). I would certainly stay here again.

A Perfect Spot

Our stay at this venue met all of our needs. It was clean and cozy. The amenities offered items for beach and pool use. Check in was very quick, and we liked the keypad use. The resort pool was very nice and security enforced folks to follow rules, which was good to see. A nice place to stay!

Great Accommodations

This was a great condo for our family. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Went over and above to make sure we had everything we need. Even had the cleaning lady bring an additional parking pass for us. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful condo

One of the many reasons I chose this was for the view and the amazing decor in the condo. The owner was an amazing communicator who made you feel supported with absolutely anything you needed. Will be coming back some day! #SeaTurtles

Nice get-away

Photos of the room were 100% accurate! The condo was recently updated and fully furnished. The unit is cozy, but perfect for a couple or a small family. The property itself is dated and could really use some updates, but it is a great location with restaurants, stores, etc well within walking distance. Limited communication with the owner, but he was prompt with his responses. We would stay again.

We had no issues with property owner. A/C unit did go out, but he had it repplaced. In less than 24 hours. We would recommend him very highly. We will definitely go with him again

We were extremely pleased with this room! It was so amazing, comfortable and the view is breathtaking! The facility amenities were also great and being right in the beach made this spot that much more amazing. It was also quiet and everyone was so polite. The property manager was so helpful in making sure we had everything we need prior to our arrival. We really did appreciate that! We will definitely be booking again!

Great place!

Property is exactly as listed. We had everything we needed and the location is great!! The only down side to this resort is the attached garage is not great but the is another one across the street not a big deal. Size was perfect for me and my two kids with lots to do on property We loved it and would definitely stay again!!

I wanna come back!

My family has come to MB a number of times in 20 years and I would say that this location was the best of all of them! Especially in October. There are places up and down the strand that we love to check out while here and it cuts down travel so that we can enjoy our time. For two people it was perfect. The only problem in our trip had nothing to do with this condo or Greg. Our son - who was 2 days from turning 18- had an appendectomy and my wife had to fly back two days into our vacation. I stayed as I had to travel to Nashville after and it didn't make any sense to have to add another 30 hours of driving into the mix. All of that confirmed to me that the best part of the beach is to enjoy it with the ones you love. And this place was great for it! Thank you.

Perfect!

My mother and I stayed together for a long weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Even though we couldn’t use the on-site bar or restaurant, we actually forgot they were even there because this location is so close to other options! (We bought our own food and drinks and took them down to the pool/beach. So much cheaper!) Having the fully stocked kitchen was also a game-changer! Why stay at a hotel that is more expensive and has less amenities? Not to mention the beach chairs and umbrella they let you borrow were life-savers! Being directly on the beach and having that oceanfront view was to die for! Host is very kind and gives you all the info you need for a great stay! The parking is included so drive over or rent a car while here. We used Uber to get around and honestly we should have just rented the car and taken advantage of the parking pass. I thought we would mainly be staying at the resort but there’s so many fun things in the area, you have to get out and see everything you can! I could go on about all the fun things we did while staying here, but all you need to know is BOOK THIS VRBO!!

Rental had a great location, was clean and well equipped. Owner was quick with communication and friendly. The only con we had on our trip was it is an apartment so if you do not have considerate people staying above you, it makes for some frustrating moments. Even with earplugs and sound machines on we could hear the thudding from the above neighbors and from the beach access gate slamming. So just something to think about if you’re a light sleeper. But other than that, had a wonderful weeks stay!
