Caravelle Oceanfront 1st Floor WalkOut, No steps/elevator needed! Lrg Water Park

Hear, Breathe, Smell the waves, it’s that close!
Ground floor. Get to your condo no steps or elevators.
Direct Oceanfront condo. On the north end of MB on the Golden Mile. Super close to the ocean! Walk out your slider to the grassy area & the beach. There is room to play - right outside your door. Great oceanfront bar & grill right next door.
Beginning January 8, 2023 the Caravelle Resort Property will no longer permit smoking/vaping of any substances in common areas or on the balconies. There is currently beach replenishment going on in front of the condo. The beach is still open and other guests have reported that it has not affected their stay. This work will be taking place throughout the 2026 spring season.

Laid back complex with good people. Parking is tight in the garage but I did just fine with an Expedition max. Bottom floor made beach access, even through the front door, very easy. Was able to store all beach toys on patio. Kids loved the splash pad, pol and lazy river. And pool and hot tub on 7th floor is great if weather is poor. Broadway at the beach is a 15 min drive but this is a good distance to stay away from busy traffic. Had a very good experience.

Nice place for a stopover
