Quiet&big 3bdr apartment near lake & golf course

Great place to be with a small lake and a big golf course 2 min away (Heritage Golf Links). The house has a private terrace with a pellet grill and a shared big fenced backyard with a big deck in the back. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, located 15-20 min to Buckhead & Downtown Atlanta. The house has a carport where you can park up to 4 cars. If you need more spaces, please let me know. Bookings over 28 days need a short rental contract signed! Pets allowed with extra fee!
No smoking inside!
No parties!
No loud noise outside after 8pm!
No street parking overnight!
There will be no power outage since there is a generator that holds everything!
Pets need to be supervised and kept on a leash on outside areas!
Please clean after your pet!

What makes this property unique

The place is fully furnished, equipped with a 4 door LG refrigerator and freezer with water/ice cubes, a 3.5 tons Air Conditioner System Heat Pump Cooling and Heating, so the temperature can be controlled from a Nest device. It also has a generator that holds everything (so no power outages), a very fast internet (minimum 100mb/s download & upload), smart door lock, washer and dryer, 2 smart TV's with Ultimate AT&T channel package, big office desk, 2 queen beds and one king bed, sofa sleeper, cleaning supplies and other accessories.
